Terrible customer service. It takes months of multiple telephone calls and emails and you still get nowhere with this store. I've spoken to the store manager, warranty manager and regional manager. They all pass the buck. it's not worth the aggravation dealing with this store

Horrible, horrible, horrible. In 55 years of married life, being self-employed and really liking to start new businesses, my wife and I have made several moves. We also enjoy building new homes. My point being we have experienced many different furniture stores. NEVER have we had the shopping experience we did in Hudsons. We should have turned right around and exited as soon a we saw the sullen faces staring at us. Last year we took our concerns with faulty manufacturing to Hudsons and have heard nothing back from either the local store or corporate headquarters. I would rate this joint "no star" if I could.

Heidi at the Sarasota store is very knowledgeable and she is also pleasant to work with. She is not pushy but presents all options then gives you time to think about what works best for you!

Horrible experience. As some reviews said that if anything goes wrong. The management couldn't care less. Three weeks if not more. I contacted them about delivery and how they dropped bolts screws in driveway and it cost me $373 for one tire. Called Keith and spoke to him five times. Went there once and al lies. Not one time a return call to me. I will keep calling and calling u til I get something done. Also, furniture is so uncomfortable as can be. Waist of $3500.00. Over it in getting screwed by companies any longer.

My husband and I went into Hudson's a month ago. We just recently moved back into our house after not living in it for almost a year due to Hurricane Ian. We lost all our furniture and we were in need of a new couch. When we walked in we were greeted by Scott. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him. He definitely meet all of our expectations. We needed up getting a 3 seater couch that reclines as well as a chair that reclines as well. I will definitely go back to Hudson's as well as working with Scott.

My wife and I had a wonderful trip to Hudson’s Furniture yesterday. We were greeted by friendly staff and not pressured by the staff during our visit. We purchased a chair for our home and will shop there again whenever we need furniture in the future.Chad was a great help in our search and purchase in the store.

I was assisted in a professional manner by Damien, the Sales Manager who was a good listener to attend to what I was looking for in a sofa. He was patient and relaxed and not a high-pressure type which made for a comfortable experience. I was able to make my selection with the ideal sofa. Additionally, I was afforded to use the app to see how the sofa would look in my home. The sofa will be a special order with my choice of color and fabrics. I was exceptionally pleased with the whole conclusion of sales process. I rate my experience as 100%.

Ryan did a great job identifying furniture we were looking to furnish our new home. Delivery scheduling worked out and when the store had a sale days later we were credited with the discount. Delivery in Mid August.

Bri made our experience in buying our master bedroom furniture very satisfying and joyful. It was music to our ears that they had what we wanted in stock and ready to be delivered in under a week of purchasing. The prices are very reasonable compared to other furniture stores around that have cheaper quality. We’re so excited to get our pieces and to come back and buy more for our house. As soon as we entered Hudson’s Furniture we were kindly greeted by Damian. He asked how he can help and we explained we needed a bedroom set. Damian guided us in the right direction and explained how he would be available to answer any questions we had. When we found what we liked he was very informative and knowledgeable about all the pieces. Because of his sincerity and knowledge, we decided to purchase a new mattress as well. We definitely recommend Hudson’s and will return for all other furniture needs!

Chad was wonderful and helped us pick out furniture for the whole house. I am giving one star because two of our pieces arrived damaged. One was replaced after a couple of months, and the new peice has a defect. It has been 4.5 months and we are still waiting for the second piece to be repaired. Initially the service department was easy to work with, but now messages go unanswered and it sounds like it will still be a couple of months before our piece is repaired. Very disappointed that we are still living with our brand new/damaged furniture.**Update. Nothing has improved. Messages still go unanswered.
