I have been using this H&R for the last 6 years with Bob but now that he has retired I had the pleasure of working with Charlene L! Not very knowledgeable. Made errors on my filing. Made me pay a balance which was unnecessary. The amount charged for this kind of work is simply outrageous since they offer no value and then ask you for money. This mistake was acknowledged by the employee that did my paperwork after I was already on my way out of the establishment.I would recommend using the online services instead of this business. There is nothing that these employees do that isn't easily available for all of us to do, for free.
