overpriced goods, unorginized store, lazy workers, even lazier manager. And after having a good chat with one of the floor workers. apperently the cashiers who dont move all day make MORE than the truck movers and the floor members.

My mom enjoyed going to the store and I helped her out and bought some things for her.
But I will never shop at a HomeGoods ever again.
I asked for some transactional data today and one of the associates was very suspicious and then when I was walking out the door she followed me This is so weird.

There policies are terrible, they pick and choose, the 1st day I walked in there store,I told them I have a new build and decorate myself so I will be purchasing and bring back until I get my home looking nice, because my 1st time learning how to decor , I would bring back ,store credit was good for me, no damage items , they would refuse to take back

I love coming here once a month to look for things I may need for my house. Every month they have a new stock of things that I always seem to buy lol. I have gotten so many cute things from here for my house that now I wish I could come once a week

The honesty and customer service of the employees at this Homegoods is exemplary. I had lost my wallet there yesterday and was panicked. I retraced my steps eventually to Homegoods to find that not only did they have my wallet but all the contents and cash were still in there. They were responsible and made me prove I was the rightful owner first before returning it. I come from NYC so this integrity came as quite a surprise. Many thanks to the good employees of Homegoods. They certainly deserve recognition and a good review in their personnel files!

As you might imagine by the name, this store has lots of goods for the home, however I have bought goods for the office here as well. When you first walk in, it has a pleasant odor and the staff seems to be pleasant and well-mannered...not aggressive in any way. If you need goods for your home at a reasonable price, I would recommend HomeGoods.

I LOVE home goods stores in general. This one I have mixed reviews. This Sarasota store is located an hour from me but I still make the trip because they have a great selection. Lots of stock. Maybe too much on the floor, It almost seems cluttered and unorganized. That I can deal with but dirty bathrooms are unnecessary. I have been in the ladies room three times and it was a total mess every time.Twice was before 11:30 which tells me it wasn't cleaned the night before.
