1 night stay but worth it. Clean and comfortable room. Great water pressure in the room I had. Front desk was fast and pleasant. Had a tasty breakfast off the menu in the am.

The room was awful. Manager was not better.I reported the issues on multiple occasions. I was told that there was no other rooms to change to. The manager implied that since there was 24hr maintenance I should have made time to have all the issues resolved. We were there for a tournament which means that we were out of the room by 6am and wasn’t back till 6-7pm. The last thing I want is hotel maintenance in the room while we are trying to wind down for the night. These things should have been resolved before we checked in.Phone had to be replacedBed kept shifting with every movementHousekeeping only showed up once and only made one bed and did not replenish anything.Lightbulb outShower brokeNo water pressureBroken soap dispenser with sharp edgesBroken towel rackNo water pressure for shower or toilet

If you want aloud atmosphere, a hard mattress with stiff, crunchy sheets, ac unit that can’t cool to 73 degrees when it’s only 76 degrees out side and a shower that doesn’t drain this place is for you!

Absolute joke. We booked for four days and on the third day they locked us out of our room and gave it away. We had to wait 30 minutes for another room and had to move all our stuff to another without ANY help and they had the audacity to charge us an additional $350 for the room.

Hilton Diamond member, lots of hotel nights every year. This location has only been a Doubletree since early 2024. Remodeled from a Holiday Inn.Interior is pretty tired, even after updates. Chipping paint on walls. Musty smell. Raggedy, scratched, and well-worn elevators. Non-working electrical outlets in room. Not a great location. Nothing nearby to eat. Only saving grace is proximity to the airport.Value for money is not good. $235/ night. I’ll find a newer and nicer place farther away from the airport if I ever end up in the area again.Staff was nice and helpful, no complaints with the people.Nit-picky point: No coffee available until 6:30am. It’s an airport hotel. People have early flights. How hard is it and how much cost would the there be to have a pot of coffee ready for early risers?Rooms: New beds and bed frames from remodel. Electrical did not work for bedside plugs.Walkability: Zero walkability. Nothing nearby that doesn’t require an Uber or a drive.Food & drinks: Had some cocktails. Not great, not bad. Par for a hotel bar.

Go anywhere else to be honest. Nothing is as advertised and they will screw you into staying. Rooms full of hair and dust. Horrible service all around. I’ve really never been so disgusted that I had to warn others.

Once we checked in, the room had a few minor flaws like shower rod was loose and could fall off any time, soap dish was loose in shower, sink stopper was missing. But then there was the sinks hot water. This could not be tempered with the cold because the cold running water was also hot. Both hot and cold were hot in the sink. Water in the shower was fine. Talked to management (David) and he was very understanding. Would I stay here again, yes. Because staff was very friendly and they made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Also, hotel is going through some progressive changes and remodeling now.

Nice and modern building. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. My rooms lock didn’t lock unless I pulled the door handle very forcefully up and back. I learned this on my second day which means the door wasn’t locking when I left the room and when I slept the first night. I stayed two nights. They clean the rooms every other day. On Saturday morning (the day aim checking out) the maid knocked on my door at 8 am waking me up. Wouldn’t it make sense to clean the room after I check out at 11?!?

We needed a one night stay place to stay at the last minute. They are renovating the common area of this hotel. I think they were still in the process of renovating the rooms also. Ours had a brand new air controller on the wall but it was not working. Still had to use the floor air unit. Also, our fridge did not work. The bathroom had some water spots on the ceiling also. They wanted to charge $15.99 for breakfast. That was crazy. We didn't eat there. So, I guess for a quick overnight it was okay but I would not recommend for a long stay. At least call this hotel to see if the renovations are done.
