Visited Hap's recently for the first time as I needed help with a tire mounting issue on an older (1980) wheel.My problem was resolved in less than five minutes.Everyone I encountered in the facility was warm, friendly, and helpful.Couldn't have been a more positive experience.

Absolutely LOVE this dealership. Always available and even enthusiastic to service my BMW and my Triumph. I have other bikes that unfortunately have to go to their respective dealerships for service because of warranties, but I'd much rather bring them here. And I will when the warranties on my other 5 bikes expire. Prices for service are surprisingly reasonable, staff that you can tell genuinely cares. I really feel lucky to have this dealership available to me in sarasota. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Purchased a used bike from this shop, all nice folks. That being said, the bike I purchased luckily was for a project. This bike had a lot of issues, had this bike been sold to a novice, someone could have been hurt very badly. The biggest issues were the oil leaks, the left hand grip wasn’t glued down it just slid off and the handle bars had a nice vibration because the front forks were uneven. As I stated before luckily it was a project bike and I tore it down and corrected all the issues I could find. I’m no professional rider and I’m not a novice. Just be careful when you buy a used bike.

Where to even begin with this dealership and family...I've been selling these last 7 years and through those years I have never worked for anyone like the Bixler's and Poneleit's.I took a leap of faith to go work here for the year and a half that I did, and in doing so I became part of this family. The biggest selling point Mr. Bixler (GM) gave me in my interview back in 2021 was that this was a no pressure dealership and that Family comes first, and how very true this was.My Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 hodgkin's lymphoma late 2021, after which I had to miss weeks of work over the next 8 months or so and not once did I have to worry about losing my job or feel bad having to call in. I had lost my father about a year after his diagnosis, and though this broke me, I was extremely fortunate to gain Mr. Bixler as a father figure in my life and his wife, his mom, his sons, his sister in law, his uncle, just this entire family.I'm rambling on but my point is, if you love to support small business, or if you want to purchase from a place that's there to help you and not pressure you or treat you as a number, Hap's is where you need to go.Trust me I never wanted to leave this place but I have dreams that I would like to see fulfilled in my life, and how wonderful it was to have this family support those dreams like family should.They actually care for their employees, and pride themselves in giving the best possible service they can. If that's not a family business you'd want to support, we are truly in dire times.

If you have a minute please read this before bringing your bike to Haps. I was referred by the owner of Haps. I layed my cbr 600 down with some cosmetic damage on the left side, I supplied them with brand new fairings nuts bolts brand new sprockets abs a rear taillight. Guess they did not like that because they kept calling trying to get me to order new parts from them with the prices way out of range when everything was supplied. Well a month goes by and they call telling me they need to "order more nuts and bolts" whatever. So another two weeks go by and I'm loosing my patience as my bike just sits in the shop. I call and actually have to lie saying I'm moving to Texas I need my bike in the next week. Well 3 days go by after me constantly hounding them and they finally are done. Then when I get it back 1000 dollars later mind you I supplied everything to them my mirror isn't even assembled properly on "missing a nut" and my speedometer now does not work. You got to be kidding me!!! The tech Kinny says someone miss placed the sensor in it!!!! that he will order a part in to fix it cost free to call a week later. JJ now answers the phone says he would have him call me back no call back, and now two weeks later my speedometer still does not work for whatever reason and it's still not fixed after I paid 1000$ to have my bike fixed. I wouldn't even bother with these people! Horrible service guys!! Also I forgot to mention the damage on my brand new farings!!!!!!

I took the motorcycle course through Ride Safe, and received a certificate for a free safety check on the motorcycle I purchased. Not only did they go over the whole bike and test drive it, but unbeknownst to me my brake light was out due to the light being installed improperly, and they fixed that for me, no charge. They were all very nice, and answered all the questions I had. They definitely have a customer for life, or as long as I have a motorcycle anyway.

Just made a purchase from Evan and his team on a 50cc Honda crf dirt bike. I went to sarasota powersporsts and Barneys and both dealership played the typical games. Haps took care of me.They also took care of me quickly and was overall a great experience in the business office. Bought some pants and detailer spray and the ses/service guy was nice also.Thanks Haps my boy will be excited come Christmas morning.

Hap's Cycle Sales. What a great experience! This was our 1st visit with our Honda trike. Their mechanic listened to the sound, when we turned it on, took it inside immediately and diagnosed a bad spark plug. We had them change all of them and our trike is as good as new. We took it home the same day. Price wasn't bad either. They earned our business, and our word of mouth to all we know.??

customer service10/10friendliness 10/10Came in from out of town and needed a new helmet for my fz1 I was taking home. Evan greeted us as we walked in and was great with all my questions. I mentioned traveling with my bike and he recommended some tie downs to make the trip with the bike secure, and even offered to help via phone call when I was strapping the bike for the long ride to VA. These guys are awesome and if you visit, ask for Evan.Evan if you see this, the bike made it home safe and the helmet is awesome! Thanks again
