WOW..I am so amazed how excellent the staff (Baylee,Allie,Rachel,and Moe)are at this place. My little Chihuahua has never had such great care,from the moment you walked in,to the moment you left. I am definitely a satisfied, customer. Thank you. See you next month.

I was surprised by the previous negative reviews, but some folks can find anything to complain about. My two labs came home clean and happy as can be after grooming and deshedding. Staff was real nice to me and I'll be using them again.

Was looking for a new regular place to take my dog who is getting older, has some skin allergies and is a rescue so (is much better now,) but can still sometimes be skittish with new people. I was at ease from the moment I walked in and knew it was a good environment for my dog. She listened to me and did exactly what my pup needed. My dog looked GREAT and her skin and coat were looking healthier already after one groom here. Great groomer. Will be back . I’m so glad I found this place.

I’ve taken our cats here to get their nails trimmed a few times. Each time, I walked in without an appointment, and it was done in a few minutes. Very reasonably priced as well.

I have large short haired dogs and don't have much need for groomers but I bring my 2 beasts in to get their nails done once s month. Heather and her people are awesome.

Local and easy to work with. All previous reviews withstanding, I cannot say any negative instances here. Our dog has come back well groomed and happy. WE have a Cavapoo that requires grooming every 5-6 weeks; so having the availability of a groomer closeby who is professional and responsible is a wonderful plus. Like with most business I can understand that the availability of help over the past years may have been an issue; the services and staff currently have delivered a wonderful final product. My only current critique is the availability to at times reach the business by phone to schedule appointments. Again respect as many businesses currently are short staffed.

We recently took our two Shitzus, Jasper and Daisy, to be groomed by Rachel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. They immediately put our minds at ease and we knew that our dogs were in good hands.We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Rachel. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, and skilled pet groomer. Thank you, for taking such great care of Jasper and Daisy!

First time here. My dog is 10 yo and this is probably one of the best cuts he’s ever gotten. Rachel did an Excellent job on his body, nails. He was also Much calmer when I picked him than in previous places I’ve had him where they’ve kept him for as long as 4 hours. HP called me after 2 hours and said he was done.

Can never depend on them being open during regular business hours. Stopped today for dog food and their only open for grooming. WOW Shopping elsewhere from now on.

Great friendly service. We took our kitten, Maggie in for nail trim no appointment. Took less than 5 min. Thank you. It is hard to find a reasonable place to cut our baby's nails. Most places do just dogs. We will be back next month??

So to start off my fiancé usually takes our dog to get groomed and just drops him off which is fine but this time I was the one taking him and picking him up. I dropped him off went and did some shopping and decided to go in at the end of the appointment to see how the process works. I was honestly just curious. So I'm the last client for the day and there is a glass window to watch your dog being groomed. The women grooming my dog had no idea I was watching her and I'm watching her yank my dog by the chin hair pulling him to her, while yelling in his face loud enough to where I can hear her from the counter which is in the front of the store!! At this point I'm concerned bc I'm dog looks terrified!!! Mind you my dog isn't aggressive at all and it showed in his body language head down tail between his legs. Yelling, "STOP IT" in his face. He wasn't jumping or moving or trying to bite her! The women at the front desk which I'm assuming was the owner is clearly trying to distract me with small talk because it's pretty obvious that I'm upset and I'm not taking my eyes off the dog. Still yanking and screaming in his face I start to contemplate jumping over the counter and getting my dog but didn't want to go to jail for this lady. After she finally noticed I was watching her and that's my dog she was screaming at and pulling on, her whole demeanor changed! If you choose to get your dog groomed at the place I Suggest you watch them do it! My only regret is not videotaping it!!
