Good people here! Posters leaving bad feedback need to learn to do research. If it doesn't say Retail Store and says Donation Center - it is not a retail store site. Greedy people only looking for tax write-offs!

It would be nice with all this technology available that it states it was a donation site.. Sandy an employee was quite helpful in giving me a map for all locations..

Horrible service, horrible employee. I stopped to donate about $2000 worth of items this morning, and the woman who was working there today (long scraggly grey hair, missing teeth...) yelled at me that my car wasn't pulled up far enough and she wasn't walking to it. I bit my tongue and pulled up since I was not there for her, I was there to donate. I pulled my car up. She rolled her eyes at me flung her arms up, telling me I didn't know what I was doing and that I need to pull up even farther. Even though I was right in front of her door and her cart. So I told her I wasnt going to donate and drove away. I understand that some of your employees aren't necessarily the most standup of citizens, but they could at least have basic courtesy and manners. If that isnt possible, then go get a job sitting in a dark corner somewhere if you can't deal with the public properly. People do not have to donate their items to your organization, there are plenty of others. Where I will be going now instead.
