Everyone is very nice here. We usually donate to Goodwill for a lot of our used goods. Easy donation process. Just pull up and drop off your items. They then issue a receipt to you for your tax write-offs. Everybody is polite. Highly recommend

Best place to get gently worn name brand clothes.

Thoroughly disgusted with this location at Bee Ridge and Shade. The attendant kept asking me questions about my donated items I.e. 'is it used'? ' was it cleaned?' 'is there a pet in the house?' The answers were all yes. Do they only want to take new, hermetically sealed items now??? I had a neighbor say they had an item refused because 'it's ugly'. Not broken in any way, just unattractive to that attenbant. Maybe Salvation Army could use and appreciate donations. There is also The Kidney Foundation. Please consider alternatives.

Love donating to Goodwill. There is one employee who makes my day every time I see him. He is a hard worker!

I love going to this location. I am treated so much better here than the one that is closer to my house!

The place has a very good selection of clothing they have boutique that are for name brands and those pieces are over priced, so the key is to look at the regular section and you'll find some brand named stuff they missed and then that is good deal. The staff is very nice they are seriously under staffed, so long checkout lines are normal and getting help with items in display cases takes much longer than it should if staffed properly. They treat you like your going to steal, and let's not forget this is all donated goods, there only costs are staff and building, so they need more staff, cut salary of executive which is high 6 figures, nuts for a charity? But if your are thrift junkie you can still occasionally get good deals. Their selection of electronics is above average for typical good will, and good parking. Wish they had free Wi-Fi the cellular reception is terrible inside building.
