This place is a joke. I drove from miami all the way to sarasota to go look at a 2002 Toyota Solara SLE V6 convertible. I test drove the vehicle and I told them that I liked it so they asked me if I wanted to put a deposit on it so that nobody else would buy it. And I told them okay so I gave them $500 as a deposit then they wanted to run my credit just in case. I would need to finance and so I told them okay. And not even joking, after 3 days. They still haven't been able to get me financed on the car and I called every day and every day they would. Just tell me the same thing that we're going to call me back later. But they never did. I ended up buying a car from West Palm Beach and I got financed in less than an hour. Funny enough, it was a 2007 Toyota Solara SLE V6 convertible with the same miles for the same price. So basically, these losers overcharge for their cars and will steal your deposit and never let you finance a car.

Everything went smoothly, even though I was pretty much at the end of my rope. Everyone was ready and willing to take the time to spell all the numbers out when I needed clarification. Very happy with my (new to me) SUV.

The dealership is professional yet very friendly. We are really happy with our purchase, Justin was honest and told us all of the good and bad before we purchased. We would definitely buy another vehicle there. It was a fun experience.

I’m not going to name one individual because it felt like everyone in that building played a part in my experience there. I’m not the most approachable looking person (that might have something to do with the face tattoos ?) but that didn’t stop anyone there from rushing over to assist me in my purchase. Everyone was polite, professional, and fast (not to the point I felt rushed). The salesman joked or at least I thought he was joking when he said he could have me in a car in a half hour. 33 minutes later I was the proud owner of a 2018 VW Atlas. They will definitely be my first stop anytime I’m searching for a vehicle. The Chuck Chapman Customer Service Award goes to Goldmark Auto Group..!!!

My experience in this place was horrible since I took my car to be repaired and they did absolutely nothing and they charged me in full for all the work and spare parts that they never put “$2,000” on it and they demanded the entire amount to return it to me in the same conditions that it is in.

Smooth process , had a great selection of cars so I was able to find the right model, color and mileage I was looking for. Dealer was honest about what he had and transparent. Overall a quick and easy experience and good customer service.

Dropped in to look at some used cars under a certain price. Sales person insisted that the more expensive cars would be a better deal & apparently cost me less. We went through the whole thing twice & he continued to state the above, all while becoming rude. We did leave & tried to call to speak to the manager who wasn't available. Staff member would not even give us the managers name and stated " you don't need to know that".
