My repair guy did an excellent job. He was very professional. Cleaned up the area when he was finished. It might be a little expensive but their definitely worth it.

I was recommended the Glass Doctor by a friend, he said they were perfect and he was so right. Brandon was the one that came to my house and checked out my broken window and explained what the process was going to be. He gave me a time on how long and how much it was going to cost. They kept me up to date and when the window was ready to put back in they checked for a time with me and was done way faster than I thought. Great Company thanks Glass Doctor.

Glass Doctor installed the glass enclosure of my remodeled shower. It looks great; they did a very nice job and were very professional and polite. I needed a follow up for something minor and they came right away.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of having a tree branch significantly crack my windshield this week while driving, but the most challenging part seemed to be dealing with my insurance AND finding someone willing to help. I called six places recommended to me, and not only did places not call back, but there were some who insisted on only speaking to my insurance and refused to talk to me.
Although GlassDoctor ended up being my last call, I wish they’d been my first ! From the moment I spoke to Joseph on the phone, he was kind, patient, listened to me vent and within MINUTES had the answer to my prayers and I was scheduled with a technician. Joseph made a point to even say “I’m sorry you’ve had such a tough experience but I’m really glad we could finally help you”, WHAT KINDNESS!
David was no different, he arrived earlier than planned (what a win!), was kind, efficient, and left me feeling so reassured and safe, even with an impending storm rolling in he confidently said, “your car will be safe and the job is secure, I guarantee it”, sometimes such small acts of reassurance go such a long way.
While I hope to not have to go through this again, if I do, my very first call will be to Glass Doctor, a group of incredible individuals who are willing to get an amazing job done without losing sight of top notch customer service. There are not enough thank yous to deliver to you guys, but my gratitude is in abundance. A much better ending to my week than the way it started.

The Glass Doctor employees were very friendly and professional from start to finish (estimate to install). They did a great job communicating with me every step of the way and were always promptly on time to appointments. Steve did a great job on the estimate, then handed it off to Brandon for visual verification of glass measurements, then Brandon and Joel did an awesome job on the install. I would definitely recommend their services.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get a quote online, then set up an install appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Brandin, the tech that did the work was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job with the installation.

I cannot recommend Glass Doctor highly enough, especially David Plaggemeyer, who is a true expert and has the highest level of honesty and integrity. My windshield is an unusual one, and it was difficult to get exactly the correct replacement. David installed one that looked perfectly fine to me, but he said it didn't fit right and he wouldn't leave it that way in his own or his family's car. While I would have never known the difference, David came back twice with different parts and made sure it was absolutely perfect. Not many people like that around these days!
