This was my first time here! It reminds me of the wonderful Hallmark Gold Crown stores where I used to shop a lot, only this one is a lot bigger. They have all the great Hallmark things, and much more. It's just amazing. Best of all, the employees are really wonderful. They will help you in any way they can. I really love this store, and I will return!

Remember when Hallmark stores were primarily in the business of sell greeting cards? Well now it seems like selling greeting cards is an after thought to all the other crap they sell. The Publix I shopped in this afternoon had a larger card selection than they did.

I am giving the Corporate office two stars as they amended their exclusions before the expiration date without contacting the patron. As such, I was unable to use my coupon for a specific item that was not on the coupon. My review is to alert other shoppers that they can add exclusions at any time so don't assume your coupon will work. As for my local store in Sarasota, I give them FIVE STARS as they are professional and personable. I do not want my negative review to be a representation of my local store. It's strictly as a result of a communication I had with their corporate office.
