My salesman Gael was great, the financial guy was fantastic I have bad credit and he got me 11% interest other dealerships where 18 to 21%. The only thing was my first price was $18,000 something plus, when they notified me and said they got me approved it went up to $21,000 something, they told me market adjustment, I needed a car and really liked the Trailblazer so I said what ever. I noticed a smell but couldn't figure it out what it was, so I thought it may have been the cleaner, to my surprise 2 days later it really stinked, then it dawned on me they were trying to mask cigarettes or cigar smell. They said they would clean the car again when I bring it back for a windshield replacement, but no guarantees.
I should have walked away......

Enjoyed a wonderful purchasing experience with Gettel Nissan in Sarasota.
Zach, their general sales manager was very involved with my transaction and made The paperwork side of it, cruise smoothly through the dealership!! Aldo was involved with the final steps and receiving our new Z car and had a transported all the way across the state of Florida to our home.
This was the most effortless purchase of an automobile we’ve ever experienced thank you

We lost 4 cars to flooding with Debby. Buying cars is not really on the top of our list of things to do, but we need to replace them.The floods also damaged our home. We are tired and have been dealing with a lot of insurance follow up and clean up. Jacob Carhill in sales and business manager, Corey Cooper, were both super patient with us and understanding of all we have been going through. We would buy there again.

I'm writing on behalf of a close relative. They brought there car in for an engine problem. While they were in there they claimed they found the problem but then sold them all kinds of unnecessary products. This person does not have extra money on hand. I am glad I am not part of the Nissan family anymore.

We are very happy with the car so far. If I may, I would like to share some feedback with you. Overall, I would give the experience a 4/5, as it was pretty good but not great.
Some of the good was the car, which had pretty low miles and an ok value. Also, the salesman was good to work with.
The bad or not-so-good. I have no idea what type of warranty I have for the car. I looked through the paperwork I got and did not see anything about any coverage. I also feel like I was told different things at different times.
Finally, the team was a little pushy overall. I understand, though, and this was a far better experience than when I last bought a car.
Overall, I am a satisfied customer, but I have some questions.

I didn't plan on buying anything at the time of my visit but my sales person Jazlyn Jones did an amazing job getting me into a truck she knew would work for me and meet me needs. She was hands on the entire time and made me feel comfortable enough to make the purchase that day. The entire team made me comfortable with my decision and were very professional at all times.This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealer and will shop here again in the future.
