The whole store should be fired . Caleb charged me for warranties without asking if I wanted them on my games. Went back and got a refund. I called Caleb out on this and he denied it even after his coworkers says he does it everyday.Today my Son went in to buy two games and Caleb and the young girl that worked there ignored him and would not ring up his two games. I went back in with him and the female employee said she was off the clock and could not help him when he first came in. That was a lie because after I went back in she was helping a different customer and Caleb came out and asked what we needed. I have no idea why GameStop employees this guy because he could care less about the customers that come in. If Caleb wants to ignore me and my Son that is fine because I will not be back in until he is fired.

I don’t know how Caleb keeps his job. Horrible customer service, charges warranties without consent, ignores you while you’re standing at the register to check out, and just plain rude. I will never go to this GameStop again while he’s working at this store.

Usually when I go to this GameStop I get great customer service as well as good working products but my last few experiences at this specific store have been absolutely horrible. I recently purchased a mortal kombat for the Xbox 360 and was given a water damaged disk that would not run on my console at all, and on top of that the cashier was extremely rude and needs to go through more training. I went back to replace the product and was told I was going to have to wait for it to be shipped to my house and not given a date or information on how to check for my delivery.

Rude cashier when I asked if there were any giveaway cards. Second time I received a nasty response from the same guy. A simple no, we are out of stock would be a more appropriate answer, but thanks for talking down to your customers. I will never go to this game stop again. Bye

Cylee is the BEST!! She deserves a raise or a promotion. She had a huge line with multiple families in the store today. I don’t usually go in, I order online a lot. However, for pros week I decided to pop in. I’m glad I did! I took advantage of the buy two, get one free of preowned games.Cylee not only attended to me and the other people, but she did it with wonderful positive energy. She was able to look up every title I was looking for and let me know if it was available in store preowned. Efficient and fast, especially for working alone in the store.I’ll definitely be shopping in store more frequently because she was so helpful and fun to talk games with. I work not even five minutes away. Thanks again Cylee!

Terrible experience ordering a game online for pickup.When I tried to cancel my pickup order, I was notified my game had already been picked up. With pickup instructions claiming they require an I.D. I'm not sure how that's possible...Whether it's an employee stealing or pure negligence of giving out the game without checking indetification, BEWARE ordering any items for pickup at this store and possibly any GameStop. Luckily this is over a game and not a PS5 or Xbox Series X.I'm currently escalating a ticket with the GameStop district manager and pursuing a police report.

Caleb is pretentious and terrible at his job. There was a line of 10 people in the store all waiting patiently while he talked to someone for at least 20 minutes. Someone finally said something and he proceeded to check him out and we were able to get through the line and leave. What should have been a 5 min transaction turned into 45 mins of waiting and listening to this guy talk about nothing.

Recently went here to pick up an online order. Was not greeted upon entering the store. Stood at the register for several minutes while the employee messed around with clear plastic cases while actively avoiding making eye contact. I eventually said hello and he begrudgingly helped me pick up my order. Very unprofessional.

Caleb from store 6798 was amazing. I was at a north port store and purchased a game. They put the wrong disk into the case. This location is very far from my home. I called to tell them and they told me that I need to come to the location. That is nearly impossible because that location is over 45 minutes away. Then they were telling me that I could go to the location next to me which is unfortunately also far away and on the road that’s extremely traffic base and I hate going out there. Finally I was able to make it out there to find out that they didn’t have the game that I had purchased. Caleb was extremely nice. It was willing to work with me and did the best he could take make me happy and get what I need it for my son. I would only go to this location in Sarasota after now, dealing with other locations in having a poor experience

I went there a few months back. Got a wii game and switch game. I wanted to return the switch game the next day because it didn't want to play well. They don't do refunds. They didn't tell me before I got the game. Spent 20 buck on the game and they would have gave me 7 buck to sell it to them. They are also slow. Was there for over an hour trying to buy the 2 games. They spent alot of time in the back doing idk what. Not that helpful on info. If u want used games go here but expect no refunds and a long wait times. Hope they do better.

So I don't know what is going on here. Brought my son who all he needed to do was an exchange.... didn't seem that busy was waiting for more than an hour. Like what is going on in here that you are waiting an hour for service?
