I left 5 jewelry items with Tom for repair. One of the items he could not get a part for. The other 4 were repaired perfectly for a total of only $80 that's $20 for each repair. Excellent job !! Highly recommended ! Great value

Great Place for your jewelry needs. Fantastic place to have your jewelry repaired. Went to the "Ellenton Outlets Malls" 2 Jewelry shops wanted to charge $60. & the other shop wanted to Charge $55. Small ring had actually split on one side, needed it soddered / Welded back together and fixed professionally. He fixed it for $30.00 it was a simple fix. You know where to go for your Jewelry needs. Which I have in the past, but figured it broke while I was shopping I would see what they would charge in Ellenton. Probably won't be going back to Ellenton the discounts are not worth the trip there.

I had good experiences with Friends in the past. However, this last time was horrible. There was a disconnect in communication, but not by me. The employee who initially helped me seemed to fully understand what I was looking for ( a ring restyle, reset). Notes were taken, quotes were made, all the normal things that you would expect. This all started @ the beginning of May (2021). It unceremoniously ended today. The jeweler/owner had no idea what I wanted, when we ironed all that out, the work was put aside and not addressed until just recently. They called us twice in 3 months. I should have pulled the plug in June, but because of previous experience, I didn't. Today my sister went in to retrieve the 2 rings. One was my late mother's cluster ring, the other a small solitaire of mine. We had decided to pay for the work already completed, wax carving, etc. but to take the rings. The jeweler / owner ignored her, the office woman dumped the rings on the counter and said, "just get these out of here". I'm sorry, your lack of communication, your employee's inability to relay what we wanted and the miserable attitude of your jeweler/owner as well as the woman in the office are to blame for this mess. You never wanted to do the work. Either it wasn't artistic enough or you weren't going to make enough on the job. Terrible experience. You need to close this business. Your salad days are over. The ship has sailed!

Found my engagement ring here! Very impressed with the kind, responsive staff and reasonable prices. We saw a unique selection of rings, necklaces, earrings, watches, and clocks! Lots of styles and different colored pieces to choose from. Very cute store and near lots of other shops too, very worth the trip!
