I had an unfortunate experience at this store on June 13th in the mid-afternoon. The young blonde woman working the counter was quite unprofessional and made me feel very disrespected. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.
I believe that the employees might benefit from additional training in customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Due to this incident, my family and I are hesitant to return to this location. I hope the management can address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Very bad store... I bought an expensive summer suit... I wore it once, the fabric fell apart... they didn't accept returns! The things they sell are of poor quality!

Awesome customer service. I bought a couple of cute bralettes that are super comfortable and stylish. So many cute things. Organized and I want to go back there now. Lol.

The girls who work at this location are absolutely amazing! The manager goes above and beyond to make any issue no matter how big or how small right with a quickness. It's clear she takes pride in the store and who she hires. I needed to handle an exchange and it was so incredibly quick and easy and then the girls helped me with some ideas for my upcoming trip. Of course my size was out of stock in store and before I could ask the girl who was helping me, she was already heading to the cash register to look up the item and offered to overnight it to me so it would arrive before I headed out. Who does that these days? These girls at this store do! Thank you for all your help and kindness!

This is an excellent free people store. The associates working are very helpful and accommodating without being pushy. I recently returned two items and it was hassle free. The store selection is decent (I would love to see more FP movement line thought). Their jewelry is underrated and I think deserves more hype... no one makes anything like it! Fitting rooms are always clean and well maintained. 10/10 !

When they say customer service doesn't exist anymore, this store proved it yesterday. I made it through 3/4 of the store before anyone said anything to me because they were all talking at the cash register. As I'm leaving, without purchasing anything, I hear one of the employees say 'that was weird.' As if me looking around the store is an odd thing. I will stick to the Free People in International Plaza. Much better selection and a much more welcoming vibe.

My wife tells me this is a new clothing line in one of the larger stores. Interesting to find it as a standalone in the mall. Overall the items are basic and somewhat retro. Likely very comfortable though.

Not the best shopping experience to say the least. There were 2 girls at the cash register talking and neither said hello as I entered & was browsing. Then finally another girl came up to me with a judgmental demeanor and said “can I start a fitting room for you” , while already going to grab the items out of my hand as if I’m going to run out of the store with them?! (This wasn’t your genuine kind assistance - they made me feel incredibly uncomfortable) When I exited the fitting room the one girl almost ran to check behind me bc I only had one item in my hand that I was checking out with ? ; like girl I have enough money to buy this whole store — bye! I’ve shopped at Free People in LA when I lived there and this seems to be a common theme — racism/treating latina/tattooed women poorly. They’ve treated white customers different than me EVERY TIME. There’s plenty of other high end brands I can buy from that appreciate my business and don’t judge me based on my color & appearance. Won’t be shopping here ever again that’s for sure.
