Bought a Big Sur here and Katherine was a pleasure to do business with. Friendly and professional with no pressure and lots of test rides helped me make my decision. It's reassuring to buy an bike from a dealer who can be honest about their products and help you make a decision with a lot more confidence than going on line and hoping for the best, after assembling yourself. Brian was a great help as well.

This is a great bike shop with a wide variety of bikes to choose from. I bought my Bagi bike from them over 2yrs ago and with over 4100 miles they have kept me rolling with their prompt service. I was looking for a shop to service what I bought and they have done so. They take care of their customers which goes along way. Thx FL. Ebike

My wife and I purchased two Bagi bikes from Florida E-bikes. They were the first stop we made but we did quite a bit of shopping and research before we made the purchase. What sold us was the entire staffs friendliness, knowledge, and genuine concern for getting the right bike for us, and making sure that they worked perfectly. There are many brands of e-bikes available on-line but typically they do not have a local shop to service the bike. Florida E-bikes is local and they do whatever necessary to make their customers happy.

Some friends and I stopped by the store to check out the e-bikes recently! We were so impressed with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff that we left with 4 new bikes. All 4 of us are extremely happy with our purchase!

The staff couldn't have been nicer, more informative and helpful. They let us take sample rides multiple times and one of the staff members even ran along side my wife on her first trial ride on an ebike! We've been extremely happy with our purchase and the store's support!

Really enjoyed getting our E bikes from Florida E Bikes. The people are pleasant and helpful and easy to work with.Love the bikes. Really well made and we get many compliments on them. Batteries last a long time and the bikes are solid !!

Excellent service! We were driving back home from Sarasota and our new ebikes had messed up gears. We did make a mistake not purchasing our bikes from them but they got us in right away with a quality repair at a good price. In no time we were back on the road.

I recently purchased an Mokwheel Scoria e-bike from them, they delivered it, and included all of the acceddories you'll need to ride - helmet, upgraded seat, basket, phone mount, lock and mirrors. They have a great selection and were vey easy to work with
