All the advantages of a large bank with the service of a small hometown bank. They know me by name and provide a level of service unmatched by any competitor. They are absolutely the nicest, most welcoming staff anywhere!

The entire staff is so wonderful! The girls that help me at the counter (I forgot their names ) have extraordinary customer service. This branch is top notch!

This bank has some flaws, mainly the online experience just plain sucks compared to other banks. However customer service at this location has been great (both tellers and branch advisors). Much better than Wells Fargo across the street.

Recently completed a re-fi with them 10/23/20; Great rate, horrible customer service. Horrible.I was reluctant (too trusting I guess) but my wife insisted that I follow up with them on December 1, to ensure that our homeowners insurance premium was paid (due 12/01/20) from the escrow withheld($2,538.34) at closing.Well on 12/01/20 I learned that PNC Bank purchased our mortgage and Synovus said I needed to follow up with PNC and National Title Insurance company, despite the fact that my HOI premium should have already been dispersed from my escrow account.I called PNC; they indicated that the they hadn’t paid the premium and that there wasn’t enough money in our escrow account to cover the expense. I had to send $100 to our insurance company to prevent our policy from lapsing while I chased down what happened to the escrow, now at $3004.64 after our first payment to Synovus.Today is 01/06/20 and I still have no answer from Synovus, and my escrow account at PNC is negative. I reported Synovus to Florida Banking Commission but Synovus is a Georgia company so I have to file a second complaint with the State of Georgia.If you’re looking for a smooth, error free re-fi, I would seriously consider other providers.
