Flawless from start to finish with fair pricing. Trent has been a great help with choosing the right floor. I loved the variety of flooring they offer. We couldn't find the colour we wanted anywhere else. The installer Alex finished it off with amazing prep work and a perfectly laid floor. Can only recommend these guys. Big thank you.

I just had new flooring installed throughout my home (Luxury Vinyl Planking in almost every room, with new carpet in two bedrooms), and highly recommend Flooring Options by Carpet One in Sarasota, FL. Starting with Trent Seeland who helped me select samples, did all the measurements, and assisted me through the ordering procedure; through the removal of old tile by a 3rd-party company recommended by Trent; through the week-plus installation done by a great installer named Tom (who has a work-ethic second to none), I was very pleased with every aspect of the process and overjoyed with the results. All my questions (and I had a lot of them!) were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined. This is my third time using Flooring Options by Carpet One in the past 20 years. Their selection of all types of flooring is fantastic, and the people are a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for new flooring, regardless of the size of the project.

Awesome customer service by Trent and his team! We had a hiccup with our carpet and they went above and beyond to resolve it. No sales pressure tactics. Just a pleasant experience. One stop shopping.

I needed carpet due to Hurricane Ian. Trent worked with me long distance, was very patient as my reconstruction took far longer than expected. The install was done well and everything looks great!

Trent was a nightmare to work with, extremely unprofessional, rude and laughed when I asked questions. I then called to ask to work with someone else, I asked to speak to the manager Debbie, when I wouldn't give my name to be transferred to her- trent hung up on me. I called back to speak with Debbie, gave my name and was transferred to voicemail. Clearly, this store doesn't care about customer service at all. I originally texted Nancy, after she was recommended to me- Trent contacted me the next day saying Nancy didn't work there anymore- turns out Nancy was just out sick. This place is horrible. I'll be taking my business somewhere else!

Couldn’t be happier with the product & service. Top notch business! I miscomminated the date of my order & installation. I needed the flooring in 2 days before I moved into my new house. They went out of their way to expedite getting the flooring & scheduling installation. Within one day the installers were busting their butts to get the floor laid & finished the day before I moved in. Their work ethic was incredible!!! I’ve never had a business respond so quickly & efficiently to meet my needs! My flooring looks beautiful!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Amy new carpet! Izzie was a pleasure to work with and it turned out better than I expected. Their installers were extremely professional and moved my furniture with respect, and even took measurements so they could put it back were it belonged. Great job!!! Thanks so much!
