I contracted with another company to install a 500 gal propane tank in my yard in January and in July it was still not done.On July 5th in hired Flanders to install the tank, paid my deposit and on August 3rd the tank was installed in my yard.They took excellent care of me. All of the employees i had contact with were excellent, courteous and friendly.I will only deal with Flanders Gas from now on.Thank you Jeff and all the people at Flanders Propane Gas.

Excellent family run business. They went over and above service during hurricane Ian. I know for a fact they had all hands on deck and worked tirelessly to try to service their customers along with the people coming from the south where there was no propane available due to the devastation. They have been servicing my house for years. It's nice to support the small local businesses.

They close at 5pm. I showed up at 5:03PM after talking with someone there that I will be there 3 minutes late just to fill up my propane tank for grille. As soon as I pull up there’s a women outside, “nope, sorry, we closed at 5”Will never return. nasty lady

This Company does not answer its phones or call you back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They simply did not care that our propane tank was empty. Leaving us without hot water? Who does that???

Went to get LP when my local U-Haul location had a broken system. They filled the tank and the amount seemed to read 3.5 Gallons. They did not have a price posted and just said "that will be $20 because you tank was partially full, if empty it would have been $23". $20/3.5G = $5.70 per gallon. This is a huge rip off compared to U-Haul and Ace Hardware. I have never paid that much to refill my tanks. Avoid getting you tank filled here or be sure to ask for price before they start.

Put a cone in front of my elderly father at 1:40 today and was the last car in line to get propane. They close at 2... Will never go or refer anyone to them again, especially in natural disaster times.

Horrible business! Id give zero stars if possible. My elderly father was last car in line for propane after hurricane and they were more interested in leaving early. Put a cone in front of his car and said they were closed. Their hours were open until 2pm and he'd been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. What kind of human beings refuse to serve the last person in line during a time of crisis. I hope everyone boycotts this business.

Excellent service even on a busy day like before the onset of a hurricane. Always a full load. Knowledgable staff. Safety comes first. Been doing business with them for over 3 years.
