Scott came to repair my heater charged me to fix everything in it but one part, said he would be back to repair . Very irresponsible. Several times told me would be there and does not show up finally shows up and tells me he won’t be able to fix it because it is dark outside and he has other customers and says he won’t do the job. Very disappointing.
