First Physicians Group Administration is a healthcare provider that has received positive reviews. The office staff may need some improvement, but the quality of care provided by the doctors, such as Dr. Brus, Dr. Workman, and Dr. Tufano, is highly regarded by patients.
While I really appreciate the doctor's and most staff at the University Parkway location, the office manager refuses to call me back. The admin office never answers or calls back. The only way to get a call back is to call SMH Administratoon.

The billing department associates are rude, incompetent, and refuse to provide adequate patient care by phone. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Cystoscopy scheduled at 11:15 am but procedure was not done til 1:06 pm. And the procedure started at 1:06pm and done at 1:10pm. I am gonna say just this for now.
