I ordered my son shoes for back to school a week ago. They have held onto the money for the entire week and sent me an email last night that my order was cancelled with no other explanation. I called and was told they were out of stock and cancelled the order on the 4th. I still have not received the refund and was told it will take a few days. School starts in 3 days. I will NEVER order from Finish Line again. I just placed the order through Amazon. I tried to avoid that but at least they value their customers.

Today I visited this location and received horrible, offensive imprudent service. This complaint is directed towards the service I received from the team leader masquerading around as the " Store manager herself, Deeny or Jeany, or Geany , who took my order ( we asked her for the manager. Whereby she rudely replied, " You're looking at her!" We later learned from other staff that she is NOT the store manager, but in fact like a team leader or something like a supervisor.). The store manager Jeany was rude, passive aggressive, sarcastic and at times demeaning towards me. I would proceed to say something, she would repeat it and look at me like I was an idiot. She told me to speak slower and slow down (even though I wasn't speaking fast). At one point during the order, I actually asked her if something I said offended her because she was incredibly rude to me. After both transactions, I also placed the order from her I received several rude glares from her behind the counter and what may have appeared to be her gossiping to other employees about it. I can't fathom her being a position of leadership, it's abundantly clear the negative ambience she has created in the store in comparison to other positive upbeat Macy's employees in dresses and shoes in the area. Towards the end of my visit my husband and I told her how offended and displeased I was with the way she treated me and all she said was "I'm sorry you feel that way,, but where are you from originally? I ignored her bazaar question, then she walked away. This is probably the worst Macy's I have even been to, and to receive poor treatment from store manager nonetheless is absolutely pitiful. The way she made eye contact, the tone of her voice and the level of sheer disrespect illustrates poor customer service skills. I am forwarding complaints to corporate and district manager of Macy's , to await their response. Deeny or Geany needs to be in serviced or FIRED as she does not belong in a high end store! Profiling us is unacceptable and I hope NOT inline with Macy's views.Where I was born is not her business as she quickly took my Macy's card

Diana I think her name was ? She wasn't a normal houseware employee but I assume she was covering in housewares . I came to exchange a towel . She was really rude and presumptuous and could not be bothered

Went to Macys yesterday. Most of the dressing rooms were closed so I had to get in line and wait. Dressing rooms that were open were filthy. I have been a customer for many years. Fix it Macy's or you are going to lose your customers.

The ladies clothing department looks like a flea market. It's totally disorganized, clothes on the floor, I was very disheartened and did not waste my time.

I used to be a hard core Macy's shopper. I loved the choices, the customer service, and those beautiful red boxes.... Today...I am switching brands. Today we went to Macy's and we were completely disappointed. Clothing laying on the floor in heaps. We could not find a sales person. And, there were no price tags on any of the items we were looking at in housewares. Regular items, clearance items, nothing marked on the shelves... not even a list of prices... nothing and no hints. I'm not interested in dragging items to the register in hopes of finding a sales person to tell me the price of an item....

Zero stars needs to be a rating. What a mess! Terrible selection. Sad state of affairs. Clothes in disarray. Just overwhelmed staff, pray for them. Macy's has and continues to go downhill.

Guy working was so helpful. Stevenson? Steven... I cant remember his name but he's tall, wears glasses, is black and super friendly. He has to sanitize every pair and he didn't make me feel bad about trying on so many and he gave a great recommendation that I ended up buying... been loving them. Great salesman! Great service! Will go back for more sunglasses!!!!

Bianca, the manager at Clinique is the sweetest young lady! She knows all of the line and has excellent customer service! She made Mother's Day a hit for both Mothers in our family!

This Macy's at University Town Center in Sarasota is a well managed Macy's that has everything that you need in a department store from clothing to home items. I really like their selection and prices here. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff here is very involved and helpful.

Nice , clean and organized Macy's. Not well stocked in the new season cloths. The staff are not friendly at all. The are lazy and don't even greet the clients nor offer any help whatsoever .

Donna (in the junior's clothing department) is absolutely fabulous! She's has a great soul and a lot of knowledge about the company's products. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me order specific items online that we could not find on the sales floor (because they were sold out of my size). She's great at customer service, and offers very helpful advice. Thank you, Donna for informing me about the current sales as well! This Macy's location has a nice selection of items. I will return in the future!

Walked through here due to where I parked and decided to stop at the Clinique station. I normally hate stopping at those places because the people are always trying to force things on you. Super glad that I did I got to meet Anne! She was super nice and very helpful! Got what I came for and left happy! I will be back!

Lazy employees. I was in the lingerie department looking for several new bras. I asked the women who worked there if she could help me and she flat out told me no. I asked her if I could get a fitting, again she said no, I can't help you. The store just opened and she was not busy. I went Soma instead. The service there was great.
