Have been with FIDELITY for over25 years. It has been a SOLID relationship. You can always (almost) get answers with a phone call. However, Fidelity has been a bit SLOW in "recovering" a rather large January unauthorized (fraudulent) withdrawal.

Fantastic! Unfortunately, I needed money for home repairs. I was told it would take 1-3 days, which I thought was good, but the money was transferred to my bank account the SAME DAY!
