Beyond awful. Wasted our time working with someone to pick out plumbing parts. We were told we would hear by the weekend which we did not. Phone calls made for the past few days have not been returned. Don't waste your time.

I'm sure no one will respond to this the same way no one ever calls you back or returns emails. Ordered a 5 piece kitchen of Thermador products after several rescheduling's of installation with no explanation why & several non responsive emails or call backs, appliances finally got installed. Appliances look good except they forgot power cord for dishwasher, how does this happen after waiting months for installation. Called CS today & were made to feel it was our fault, again no call back & no concern. A manager has never made an attempt to contact so I guess we shouldn't expect one now. Save your self $20k & buy your appliances from Lowe's.

I will be closing on my newly constructed home in a few weeks. I went to Ferguson's to find a washer and dryer, several light fixtures, ceiling fans, additional bathroom towel bars, some new cabinet hardware, patio furniture and a bunch of additional items. They informed me I would need to call to make an appointment. I did just that. After a labyrinth of phone prompts to get to the right place I was finally connected to a person who informed me I was speaking to customer service and asked me my location. I was confused because I thought I called the store I intended on visiting but I quickly discovered it was a corporate customer service line. The woman informed me I would need to provide my information And someone would "eventually" call me back to schedule my appointment. This struck me as a lot of overhead, I don't understand why someone in the store couldn't schedule my appointment when I was there, or further still why I couldn't speak to someone in the store when I called to make my appointment. Frankly if this is how the experience is starting I didn't think I would have patience to see this through. Too complicated. I have since called a local appliance store and will be heading over later this week, I have an appointment with the lighting store who also has ceiling fans, and I'm confident I can source everything else I need with a simple phone call or by stopping in to the local business. I have read the reviews for Ferguson's before writing this and I see I am not alone in my experience. I have never seen a business go through such great lengths to thwart a customers ability to engage them. If this operating model works for them then clearly I don't understand how successful they must be in order to pull this off.

Visited on Saturday afternoon. Waked in with my son, three ladies at the front desk . We asked about vanity lights, they said they were in the back an waved in that direction. We went to the area, THEY CONTINUED with their chattering. NO other customers in the store. Finally one came back to tell us that they closed at 3:00, it was 2:50. Then she said we could make an appointment to come back some other time. REALLY?

This is a first class operation with the absolutely best fixtures and appliances available. We visited on a Saturday morning. We were asked by 3 different staff members if we needed help. Ended up talking with the new manager. He was extremely helpful and professional.

Be aware! To not be wary later. (It is a museum Gallery, all right. Look but do not touch/buy)I gave FERGUSON two stars just because of their technician professionalism when they finally came to deliver and install my dishwasher. Of course, if the installation was done right, we are yet to see, since I don’t have the slightest clue on the subject. It never worked, Whirlpool was NO help, and we returned it.Unfortunately we are in this period where everything in the house seem to be breaking down. So, the dishwasher was first. We went around looking and nobody had it for fast delivery, we went into FERGUSON’s site and, surprisingly enough, they said to have almost a 100 of them for immediate delivery. It would cost us a little more than it would in other places, but I didn’t want to do dishes for a month. The store associate told us that the machine would be delivered and installed 4 days later, a Friday, in the morning. Friday’s came and went by and nothing. FERGUSON doesn’t seem to care about its reputation. THEY DIDN’T EVEN CALL to cancel the promised delivery.Our LAUNDRY broke down and no dish washer. We tried LOWES this time, after losing faith in FERGUSON, thinking they would at least be honest. But this is material for another review.We finally have the dishwasher, after a lot of hassle, but FERGUSON’s reputation is forever tarnished to us and we will forever remember to only recommend FERGUSON to our best enemies.

We needed to order plumbing for a bathroom remodel and receive parts within 2 days to meet the plumber’s availability. Stephanie W at Ferguson Sarasota not only helped us with our selections, but ensured that we would receive the needed parts on time. The order arrived on schedule and was all correct. Excellent service! Highly recommend this showroom.

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Completely unprofessional! I set an appointment through their online scheduling system. Needed bathroom cabinets, tub, sinks, and various fixtures. The scheduling system only allows 1 item type to be selected so a showroom resource can be assigned, so I selected "cabinets" and added the remaining items in the comment section. I arrive at my scheduled time and not only is the cabinet showroom resource not there, they can't provide a showroom rep for the balance of the items until 2.5 hours later. I drove 40+ miles round trip for them to screw things up completely and not offer a rep at the scheduled time...mind you I was the only customer in the store and all reps were at their PC's with their backs to the door. I'm fairly tolerant, but these people could care less. Go elsewhere if you expect at least a moderate level of attention.

We visited for lights … price on the light (price tag) cheaper than what they quoted us, said online price is the only valid price. Pretty sure that is illegal not to mention immoral. They lacked knowledge of retail law plus zero customer service skills. Too bad we liked the lights

Came into the showroom with my service dog and the receptionist stopped me to say no pets allowed. I explained this is a service dog. This must happen a lot because they have a no pet sign on the door.She looked at a piece of handwritten paper taped to the wall near her computer and asked "is this a service dog?" I answered yes. She said "what disability do you have that makes you need a service dog?" I explained that the legal question she was allowed to ask me was what service the dog was trained to provide and answered that for her. She said "I have to know what your disability is, it says on this paper I am allowed to ask you that question and need to know."To Ferguson's management - you are not just alienating customers with service animals but violating the ADA federal law put in place to protect the privacy and dignity of individuals. We will be happy to spend out money elsewhere.

I didn't have an appointment and just asked to browse. At one point I wanted to ask a question and tried to ask an associate since customers had just left her desk. I didn't realize she was on the phone. Apologized and walked away. A few minutes later, she actually tracked me down to see if I needed help. Turned out she helped me with my entire order -- kitchen sink, faucet and disposal -- found items that were in stock and if they weren't, found an alternative. Went out of her way by checking detailed specifications to make sure my questions were answered. The showroom is beautiful and I am very thankful that Alexandra went above and beyond to help me that day. The items were delivered within a few days.

The staff at the Sarasota location should be reminded that you never get a second chance to make a first impression. As a new home owner, a business owner and a partner who is real estate agent you never know who may be impacting your business. Being rude, arrogant and condescending isn't doing you or your employer any favors. And as a business owner who usually insists on supporting local brick and mortar businesses the staff would be well advised there are alternatives when shopping. To the business owner. What signal do you send to customers when they are greeted by a sign that reads "Saturday, browsing only!" As a busy professional I have Saturday and Sunday to spend time personal shopping. You push me to your competition with lousy service! Better off to close on Saturday than leave customers with deep pockets annoyed. Good luck!
