Excellent service. We went to get a printout. We tried emailing the file several times. The printer would not recognize the PDF format to print. The girl standing at the register outside helped to get printouts through one of the computers inside. Money wise it was not a good business for FedEx. But she still went above and beyond to help us. This is by far the best customer service I ever received from any FedEx in Florida.

I live in a complex. Each building has its own address. I ordered a phone. Was home said it was delivered. Went outside nothing. Called FedEx, carefully explained that my package camt be delivered because i didn't get ot and was home all day. 3 days later im screaming at a manager because thry had the balls to tell mf ot wasn't delivered to my address and I should look in the complex for it. THAT IS NOT MY JOB. NEVER GOT A ANSWER JUST RUNAROUND. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING AGAIN.

The staff there always works to assure everyone is taken care of. As I wait I watch them handle other guest ahead of me. All given their 100% attention to our needs. Thank You all and a Great shout out to Ashley who knocks it out the park every time she has helped me.

I was fortunate enough to work with Isabel today. She went above and beyond to find a solution to a problem I'd created for myself (used the wrong shipping method for an envelope that was already received). It is always a pleasure to work with someone who offers alternative solutions, and she made what felt like a very stressful problem seem like a breeze to correct! I hope FedEx keeps her happy - every business could use more Isabels!

A Fedex driver today stopped in my street at around 5pm, and trying to turn around took down my tree, my mailbox and my neighbor mailbox. Then he run away without delivering any package!

The staff was immediately helpful and made my experience very easy. I was able to email them the shipping label from the company I was returning an item from. They helped me tape up my box. They had the label ready to go for me in less than a minute. Stuck it on, took my box, and that was it. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I know in the past it seemed that staffing issues were having an effect but at 6pm it was completely fine.

Margaux herself did a fine job servicing me but they now have a $2.50 surcharge for any work they do behind the counter!I guess it's a substitute for a tip jar.Corporate America once again nickel and diming us to no end!

I had a package shipped by fedex from bestbuy. They delivered it to the completely wrong address, not even the same street! These people are idiots of the biggest magnitude. Now I have spent hours going back and forth between the 2 companies to get reimbursed for a $60 item. Fedex just keeps sending me back to bestbuy and bestbuy back to fedex. I highly recommend never shipping through these 1/2 brained people. They can't even deliver it to the street on the package. How much stupider can you be? I sincerely hope the delivery driver sees this and knows what I think of them for being too lazy to make sure it's delivered to the correct place and wasting my time. May you have the Karma you deserve.
