Great experience with a woman 2/19/24 that worked the package desk. Xfinity sent a label to return a phone, but there was some monkey business with the email. Patiently, she worked to get it done. I was with my special needs son and knew I had a short time to get the task done. I wish I got her name. She had blonde curly hair and a European (?) Accent. THANK YOU.

Did not get a receipt via text per the employee within minutes after she scanned the FedEx return label around 2pm.Called back and spoke to a Jessica M.O.D. she stated at 9pm, told he I didn't get any text of the scanned label and I need that for verification.She refused and told me to come back Sunday and take a photo myself, then put me on hold cause I wasn't finished w/ her unacceptable solution and she then disconnected me!I called her back and she continued to only tell me what she wouldn't do, then I said, "enough".I called back Sunday late morning and spoke w/ a male manager, told him everything and he rescanned the FedEx label then emailed it to me!!That employee Jessica needs to either attend Customer Relations course or be Fired!!I will never be back there again!!I'm an R.N. and take enough abuse!!
