Thomas took great care to explain things to us thoroughly and we were extremely impressed with his expert knowledge and passion for his craft. He did top quality work for us with a very fast turnaround, even on a Saturday. We’ll be going back to him for our jewelry repair needs and couldn’t recommend him more to anyone else. His staff are also very helpful, courteous and professional.

Amazing! I lost my center diamond during hurricane milton prep. They replaced the diamond, rebuilt the spokes, and completed it all within an hour. I cried like a little girl when they presented it back to me. Like getting a piece pf my soul back thank you so much!!!!
Not to mention the customer service. The manager came out explained in detail what he needed to do and gave me a quote. What a sincerely appreciated was the way he sympathized with how serious/sensitive I was about my wedding ring. I just am so thankful for the staff there and the beautiful job they did for me.

This place does fantastic workmanship! Thomas was so helpful in finding an amazing green stone to replace the broken emeralds in my husband’s ring. Eric and Juan did an amazing job at mounting it; carefully placing four silver prongs to really make it an eye catcher. You can trust this place to give you the very best service.

The process was very pleasant at FAST FIX. The girls working the reception desk were efficient and very friendly/attentive. I needed links taken out of my Apple Watch band. Since I was the first customer there in the morning, taking the links out was done FAST!!

Quality work, quality pricing. This is the place to go. Fast and efficient service at a price that can't be beat. I took 8 watches in for repair, they fixed 6 and told me the other two weren't repairable....they could have stuck a battery in and charged me but they were honest. They have all my business from here on out.
