The bike repair specialist/tech Nico was a REAL one! He really helped me out fixing my scooter's rear wheel while no other shop or store was willing to even take a look at it. The manager there was also really cool when we were talking!

Right away I was greeted by the young man with tattoos (I’m sorry I forgot your name) he was extremely helpful and friendly. He even stopped assembling a bike to assist me in finding a pair of shoes that fit great! The store seemed understaffed and I could tell he was busy but he took his time with me and was very knowledgeable
