I have purchased three vehicles from encore. Each vehicle was extraordinarily unique in it’s specifications. The dealership specializes in finding the rarest of the rare, and prime examples of the top luxury brand vehicles that we all know and love. Each time we purchased, we worked with Chris Jett in particular. Chris was fantastic to work with each time, and made us feel completely comfortable as we made the poor man let us drive several cars on the lot. We cannot thank Chris Jett and the whole team at Encore enough for taking great care of us. We will be back for more as the kids are nearing driving age. Their mechanic shop is great. Got me in quickly and had my car ready, about an hour later. Nice people and very fast service. :) Definitely recommend going here.

Purchased a 2012 Boss 302 Mustang and had it shipped to California. Russell with Encore set up a video call to let me look over the car and ask any questions before purchase, and ensured me it was showroom quality. After receiving the vehicle, I was very excited and the car is like new. Beautiful car and great service, this was a very easy and stress free purchase.

It was almost 3 stars but as of today, I'm going to leave it at 2.
I drove an hour and a half to see a used 2005 corvette. it was beautiful, absolutely. well kept and the salesman I worked with kept vouching for the previous owner.
I get to the dealership and im treated fairly until the finances come into play. I tell them the downpayment I have budgeted and when they show me the deal paper, they dont even have an APR, downpayment or term listed.
they run my credit, come back and tell me they cannot get a bank to approve me. (i understand credit rules all etc) but they specifically said that. NO approval. I go outside and contact more banks myself, knowing im approved for more than what this car is worth. i go back in and they tell me the car doesn't meet the banks program limits.
i end up driving home, texting the salesman when i saw i didnt have any kind of offer letter or anything, and the next morning he replied to tell me there WAS an approval, but for a higher downpayment, and also that they would continue to try looking for a bank to approve me.
i found out today that they didnt even bother looking for another bank and they stopped helping me the second i left the dealership. almost immediately showing me they're willing to lie to my face, multiple times.
This dealership isnt a horrible place, but they do tend to hide details and not work with you at ALL.
Beware when coming here.
(update: happy to see my review dropped the score from 4.8 to 4.7. small victories are still victories)

I just bought a gorgeous luxury car from Chris J this past week. What a fantastic and seamless experience. Chris is so informative, and has been available for help with any questions etc.
I would definitely recommend Chris and Encore Motors when looking for a new/ used car.

Superior service. Robert and his team are knowledgeable, professional and really care about your car. They do what no other company has been able to do (including Mercedes Benz) to keep my ‘85 380sl Mercedes in peak condition. I take the all the family cars there and have never been disappointed. Their rates are reasonable and the work is quality through and through.

Nick Pechilis at Encore Motors was a huge help in my purchase of a BMW convertible. As a remote buyer, I didn’t have a chance to check out the car in person, but Nick sent along a helpful batch of videos; he also coordinated with the shippers. Working with Nick was easy and pleasant. I happily recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about the repair shop at Encore Motorcars. Scott was my service technician. I recently took my 2014 Infiniti Convertible to them for help in fixing the inoperable convertible top. My local Infiniti dealer quoted a repair cost of $4,000 which would involve major electronics replacement. Instead, Encore, after troubleshooting the problem, were able to simply reload the software into the existing system and the car is now working as good as new. They did this without replacing any parts. And, they ended up charging me less than $600. What a bargain!
If you have a car with a problematic convertible top, make sure you visit this shop.
They're the best!
