I have been in this store several times. Every time I go, I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. They have beautiful leather apparel. The handbags and clothes are so unique and well-made. Bernice (The owner) chooses the best brands from Italy, and she has a story behind the maker of these brands. Just a pleasure to shop there. I highly recommend it. I was there today with my friend.

Berenice is an amazing person. I had my toddler running around the store. She was very understanding and gave my daughter colours to keep her busy. She spent quite a bit of time showing me different type of handbag. She is the epitome of customer service. Will definitely visit again next summer when in town.

This is my first time visiting Sarasota and this shop really elevated the experience. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and even gave us a discount on a beautiful Italian leather wallet. Liona even jumped up and helped me pick out the wallet. I loved this shop and will definitely come back as they have plenty of amazing jackets and bags. P.S. I love Liona the cat she is so fluffy

I highly recommend this boutique. Berenice is lovely and her taste exquisite. I fell in love with a jacket that was a wee bit big and she gladly ordered me one that fit and sent it to my home. I look forward to my next visit!

Eleganza has been my go-to shop for 15+ years for gift purchases of leather purses, jackets and accessories, and silk scarves. But my most recent purchase, custom-made lace up boots, may be my favorite purchase. As the boots were measured and crafted for my feet, they are an amazing fit.Berenice has a warm, gracious personality and is so helpful in offering selection advise. And she wears these boots at the Eleganza showroom so I'm fairly confident they will provide hours of comfortable wear. Can't wait for Florida winter!
