No one spoke when we entered the store. The employee I asked a question before trying on a garment never returned to ask if I needed help. I hung up the garment. She was at the counter but never followed up. As we left the store, someone yelled goodbye. I ordered the garment online from SAKS later that day. If I were Eileen Fisher, I would be embarrassed at the incompetent, uncaring, sorry service at this store.

Incredible customer service! I don't do much in-store shopping these days, but once in a while you need to see and feel the merchandise. The sales staff were extremely helpful, and went well beyond a level of service that would be considered perfectly acceptable in the best high-end stores. The merchandise is beautifully made and designed and worth every penny!

This Main Street store has deceptive sales practices as I paid full price for EF denim jacket at Dillards. The claim is each EF place of purchase has different merchandise. Much later there were at least 6 of same on sale a big discount in with only sale items at Main Street and this item had never been in their inventory as I have bought my wardrobe there for two years and am a frequent shopper. This is unheard of in mainstream retailing. Shop at Saks their EF more diverse and their sales are legit and good markdowns. Their sales people are more accommodating.

If you like big dogs poking noses into expensive clothes then this store is for you. Also clerks scurrying around with nothing to do but bounce you around from one clerk to another. Try Saks much better sales, knowledgeable sales associates. and doesn't look like Petsmart.!!

This is another of my top 10 shopping destinations. Eileen Fisher is a luxury clothing brand. And the customer service you receive here is second to none. The staff are delightful, patient, helpful, considerate, and caring. They will get to know your name. They will send you hand-written cards in the mail. They will remember you. This is rare in the retail industry. Hopefully you'll find yourself here, surrounded by beautiful natural and organic fibers. Stepping out of the dressing room and looking like a better version of your already stylish self. The organic cotton jeans are what I get. Every single time. They fit my size 14 booty like they were designed just for me. Thankfully, there's stretch in these jeans because Pastry Art croissants and coffee are just across the street.
