I never make bad reviews because I know that small businesses do depend on them, however, there is a serious issue with the groomer at this location. Over the last few years and three dogs, I have literally spent thousands of dollars in this store. They do have good quality food and treats and mostly very friendly employees.I recently got a smaller dog and made a grooming appointment. Twice I got a call less than two hours before my scheduled appointment saying the groomer called in and they would need to reschedule. The second time It was apparent that the groomer really was a bad employee and this was a pattern, so I said I didn't want to have a problem employee touch my dog. I was told that the third appointment would be with thier long time established groomer. Again about an hour before my third attempt at an appointment the problem employee groomer tried to call in again. I get a text saying I needed to bring him in later. When I called to find out what the issue was, I found out that they stuck me with the problem employee again and told her that if she didn't come in they would fire her so they were confident she would show this time. That's not exactly the groomer I want to groom my dog and wasn't what I was promised.I will never spend another dime in this store again.

Beamo gets dog washes through the membership, and the pricing is affordable. Treats galore ?. Also, anytime I've had a question about different things the store offers, they all have been super helpful!

Don’t get me wrong. I love dog perfect as a store but this branch at the landings probably has the worst inventory management system I have ever seen. I have been in on four different occasions now to pick up dog food and every time I go in something is out of stock, whether it be wet food or dry food.

I was going there for my dogs to get groom.. It was a nice place to go.. I think they charges to much especially when you are to have a discount.. Yes it has change to worse.. so I am going to take my dog to another groom. No more dog perfect

I was lucky enough to have a conversation with Kyle, the senior dog nutritional Specialist. He help me figure out the best diet for my two small but older dogs. I love this place.

I’ve been going to this groomer for years now. Yesterday my dog came home with $145 bill. I get my hair done at Salon 41 downtown Sarasota and it doesn’t even cost that much for my hair. They gave them the same haircut they always do. Be careful because you sign some thing saying you will pay whatever additional charges they put on for you. BEWARE!!! I will not be returning! Horrible experience! If I could give them a zero I would. They don’t even deserve one star. Don’t go to the groomer!!!!!

I found this place after looking for dog bakeries. I stopped in to get a few treats and crown for my dog and Hailey told me about their Perfect Perks Membership. I was able to get a free stuffed fox toy for my dog’s birthday too. I love this place!

Very cool pet spa! Excellent varieties of raw, frozen food. The leads are made in America and chic with leather trim Been there 3 times and just got my pup. Highly recommend it.

I have only used the self-service dog wash station, but I've been twice now and the staff is always very polite and the wash bays are clean and easy to use. I find it far more convenient than wrangling my dog for a bath at home.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They have great clubs where you save $$$. Grooming available and they encourage you to bring in your dog's. So good!!

VERY COOL STORE!! I like to bring my lab in here for the wash station, $15! Very unique toys and mostly made in America treats! Lots of other cool things too!
