LIES , LIES, LIES..They say on their website that they care about their customers. They abandoned us in the freezing winter when we were out of heat and they wouldn't deliver to us. I got pneumonia and a $ 12,354 ER bill. Yes , you read that correctly,$12, 354 that we have to pay out of pocket because our new insurance hadn't kicked in yet. SHAME on you!

Work done: 500 gallon buried propane tank, 140ft of buried gas line, and 3 connections (pool heater, generac, outdoor kitchen).I have been very impressed with not only the timeliness, quality, and professionalism of the teams onsite, but the responsiveness of April in answering the phone, answering all of my questions, setting my expectations, scheduling activity, and keeping me informed, has been nothing but exceptional. Nice job Detweiler.Very satisfied!!!

Very poor service. Have called multiple times, was promised we were on schedule, but no show. We were promised 24 hour service, as long as roads open. It’s been a week, and no show, no call. Cancelled our service and went with someone else. Person on phone could have cared less. ?

Our service has been great !! Really good prices, regular delivery and very respectful driver. We are west of the trail just off Camino Real. Can't say enough good things about them. And they have electronic payment on the website to boot!Highly recommend

Worst service ever! I called, got an appointment and gave my credit card info over the phone. On today's appointment, The driver went to my neighbors house, filled their tanks and left! As the day passed and I waited, I did even call Detweilers to ask when the truck would be coming. I was told they made sure the driver had my order. Once I realized what had happened I called and I was told, "too bad, the guy made a mistake, oh well too bad for you we can't send anyone now." I was offered nothing! Not, we will come on Tuesday, not next time we come it is on us, nothing! My neighbors didn't even want propane, they now have 2 full tanks for free but I get nothing, not even a priority visit or another solution, nothing. What a bad way to treat a new customer, the company really does not care at all. I am thankful that a neighbor lent me a tank for the weekend. Please do not just give this Company your credit card information until you are sure they actually showed up and did the job.

They are such a wonderful company. We were out of gas and Kevin showed up the next day (we called after they closed) to fill our tanks. When I thought there was an issue, he came right back to address it, there turned out not to be anything. I really appreciate their work ethic and prompt service.

How you could not give this company a 5 star rating is beyond me. Thanksgiving morning our gas stove stopped working. I forgot to check my tank for propane. I called in a panic due to the fact we had 25 guest coming for dinner. I reached a real human being!!!!! Not a machine or a guy from India. Who would of thought when making a phone call in the 21st century you would talk to a human. By 9:00 am Thanksgiving morning my tank was full and all ended well.
