Such a gentle soul - he even seemed to have changed the mood of his coworkers in a positive way by them witnessing his kindness with smiles on their faces. Thanks Bernard!”
“I visited Macy's at UTC this afternoon in search of a suit. I don't own one and have to attend a funeral next weekend in Dallas. Being that this is more than likely to be the only time I wear this suit, I wasn't looking to spend very much. Yet, I didn't want to look like I was wearing a $50 suit! I had already shopped for many hours visiting other stores where when I expressed that I wasn't looking to spend much for this one-time outfit I was quickly dismissed. That was NOT the experience I had at Macy's. A wonderful woman greeted me while she was working with, at least 3 other customers. I took note of the fact that she was SO busy, yet she took the time to not only greet me but and help direct me where I would find what I was looking for. Once she had a few minutes to spare, she picked right up from where she left me and helped me hown in on finer details I was unaware of. Did I mention I don't have a suit, nor do I know the "in" styles are.
I was really impressed how she could break away from me and help someone else without skipping a beat. I witnessed she wasn't only incredibly helpful for me....it was every one she interacted with. I ended up buying a suit, shirt, tie, belt, and even shoes!! My wife was FLOORED when I got home. My fit is so dialed, I've never been so excited to attend a funeral!!
I'm not sure I will be shopping for another suit anytime soon but if I did or if I have a friend who is? I would hunt down my new friend Sissy at the UTC Macy's!! Thank you Sissy!”

“I needed a couple decor items for my bathroom; I was in a hurry and had something specific in mind. I was able to get in, quickly get pointed to the right part of the store, find exactly what I wanted - nice quality, well designed, lovely items!
As I passed the clothing and cards, I noticed a number of areas I’d like to browse when I have more time.
Checkout was fast and smooth as silk! I had the option of self check out but chose the staffed register and got through in a couple minutes.
After a long day of errands and a very successful easy visit to this Target, I decided to reward myself at the in-store STARBUCKS. A number of other folks had the same idea at the same time. We had a wonderful person taking care of us at the STARBUCKS. She was warm, efficient and helpful! Even though she was very busy she paid careful attention to my order ( I like a little soy milk but not too much). She moved the line along quickly, giving each person her focused attention. This is quite an art and I am really impressed! My drink was delicious! If you are lucky enough to be waited on by Jamie at this in store STARBUCKS, please tell her Susan says thanks!”
“The place is great. Everyone is pretty much friendly. Main problem is Basil, the manager with attitude. Rude, short tempered and very unprofessional. Been shopping that store for 20 years plus and have never been treated so bad by a manager. Don't fault the company for the bad apple.”

“Visiting the UTC mall for friend's birthday and they love shopping at Dillards for purses. We strolled through the section for purses and one friend did find a great deal on a Kate Spade that was on the market down. There were staff members there in this section but never greeted us. If you are looking for a purse and you don't want to pay full price, depending on what you want and the brand you may be able to find a deal here. This location also has a section of Louis Vuitton purses that I believe are slightly used for purchase. Off to the shoes. Now I love this section!! Found a few pairs that I liked, not crazy about but will add to my list. Two friends with us found a pair that they both loved. The staff was quick to come over and see if sizes were needed. He was so friendly and helpful. Brought out the shoes, unzipped them and took the paper off so they could try on. Great service!”

“Very nice store. They had a larger selection of items than the store I shop at in Land o Lakes, FL. Got a pricey piece of luggage for over 1/2 the cost I found online (same manufaturer). I was thrilled to get Beall's cost instead!! The staff are friendly and helpful. This is now a favorite for me.”
“A clothing store with a large selection of branded clothing from well-known designers and own brands.
The brands are all well presented and the clothes racks are neat, it's fun to look around.
There is also a well-presented cosmetics and perfume department and a large jewelry department.
My girlfriend and I love the Last Act corner.
This is a wonderful bargain section with big reductions. We always find a nice piece there for little money.”

“Target has had to weather, Far Right Anti Maskers, and apparently massive organized theft for several years now. In the mean time they have provided a wide array of products, from household items, electronics, groceries and appliances at competitive prices in a safe, clean and helpful atmosphere”
“Even though it is smaller than the Walmart Supercenter in Sarasota, it has a Pharmacy which the Supercenter does not. Strange, yes. And for me, it was closer to the hotel I was staying & accessible via back road which was much easier than the bigger roads & going out of my way to turn around.”
“This target is a great location within UTC next to ulta and chipotle. It's a super target with so many options and everything you may need. They have a Starbucks inside and store is always super clean, shelves stuffed and carts back in place. Parking can get busy but early mornings on the weekend you are fine! Staff is friendly and helpful as well.”
“It's been decades since the last time I was in a Publix ... and none as nice as this one. The store is very large, bright and airy. Shelves and department cases were well stocked. Prices were pretty good. P pAssociates were friendly and helpful finding items. There were few few shoppers on a Thursday afternoon.”

“I couldn't love this target anymore! The store is always clean and organized, staff is friendly and accommodating and there is one older man who is an evening employee (that has an Italian accent) and he is just a delight. You can tell he is joyful and just loves his job as a check-out person. He is cheerful and positive. I love their drive up, parking is easy and bathrooms are relatively well cared for. Their new Ulta section is also amazing! I love that it is a larger target with an entire grocery section. They also have a great / easy return policy that is hassle free. Excellent location - near other shopping.”

“I actually went there hungry. Ended purchasing a large sub, easily fed me and my girlfriend generously, and it was something I would order again many times. It was their signature chicken tender grinder/sub with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the multigrain bread was awesome. I highly recommend for under $15 feeds two people.”
