Exceptional service! I had a check engine light come on my van and needed same day help before traveling back home. They were able to help me immediately and run a scan to check the issue. After running the scan, they consulted me on the situation and recommended I wait to do anything until I got home. I was in and out in 15 minutes and wasn’t charged for the service. I made it back home safely and am very appreciative of their help.

I tried three different car mechanic shops; including The Dealership...whose repair price estimate which was so High priced I could not use them.My Problem Was ..I could not put my window up and down smoothly. The motor wore out. It was repaired by a car repair person. A year later the little motor needed replaced again because it was working too hard. D&R took it apart and discovered the glue had allowed slippage of the whole mechanism. DNR repaired it. It has been several years. Other car repair people tried to fix the symptoms. D & R fixed the Source of the problem.

EXCELLENT customer service, Excellent Mechanics.. My husband dropped off his vehicle, they diagnosed it IMMEDIATELY and called to tell him what it was and the cost..They had it fixed and ready to go soo fast.. EXTREMELY reasonable pricing as well- Will most definitely go back there when needed..

My Mini Cooper’s brake light came on, and being newish to the area, I didn’t know a good mechanic to go to. I was lucky to find D&R Automotive. They squeezed my car in, even though their lot was full of cars they were working on. They resolved my brake problem, and I was in and out quickly. Very honest and professional, knowledgeable mechanics. Not only have I found my go-to mechanic, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend D&R to my friends, as well!

Just took my old 1998 Pontiac Montana transport into D & R automotive. Unfortunately as hard as they workef and as many hours and parts that they wasted on my vehicle, they did not charge me. It was one of those losses that they take from time to time. I do appreciate their honesty and integrity. And not charging me for parts and labor that did not actually fix my problem. So although they weren't able to address my problem, they won a customer for life.

Excellent! Great customer service, pricing on point and fast turn around! It is so challenging to find an automotive business that you can trust. D&R Automotive came recommended and I am very thankful that I took my car to them. Will definitely be back for any/all automotive repairs and want to thank them for taking suck good care of my car!
