The store was clean and nice. The register person was extremely nice and helpful. I wish everyone was like him in all stores. Because of him, I will visit this location again even though there are more convenient locations near me.

CVS moved my child’s prescriptions from 2 other pharmacies with no issues. They had them filled right away. The rep found the health insurance and told me that one wasn’t covered and she knew the price. It was super easy and such a pleasure to deal with them.

CVS (this store in particular) is always clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly, however, the pharmacy manager can be quite rude from time to time. He has power of whether or not he fills your prescriptions, so being in a customer service related field myself, I would never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me last month. I made a phone call to check some information that is not on the app, and he yelled at me like I was a child. When I arrived at the store, I went in and to my surprise when I asked for the pharmacy manager it was the rude man on the phone. So no recourse there. That has been my only bad experience with this pharmacy.

I really want to like this place because it’s close to my home. However, they are the slowest CVS pharmacy I have ever used. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait longer than any other CVS pharmacy even when there aren’t other customers waiting. I hope they will hire more people or get more efficient.

Stopped going to walgreens on Lorraine and started going here. Friendly staff, rewards system ACTUALLY gives rewards, and the pharmacy is quick, no hassle.

I have been to many CVS pharmacies here in Sarasota and in different states. Can’t say enough about this one. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Pharmacist Brian is above and beyond… So knowledgeable! I think anyone who has a problem with this store should realize they are new and give them an opportunity to do better.I have not met one person in this store that wasn’t willing to help. If there isn’t enough help in the store it is on CVS…

I'd give this five stars if exiting right onto university were easier. The pharmacist specifically is worth going to this CVS for. He's attentive, very smart and a medical professional that really listens to you. Everyone I know who's gone here for him has the same experience. Otherwise, it's a decent CVS- well stocked, always a parking spot available, rarely a line for check out.

I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription that had just been place about an hour ago. The script wasn't ready, however ,the girl at the window said she would check on it and take care of it within ten minutes. I was so grateful. I didn't even ask or expect it to be done.

I went to CVS and purchased prenatal vitamins, as I am pregnant. That evening I took them and they were FOUL! I then saw they had expired 7/2022! This is a newly built CVS and I expected at least basic standard to be met. As for customer service, I have made multiple attempts to have a call back to relay this experience and I have not received any. This is sad that this matter is not considered important to CVS! I hope that no one else inadvertently purchases and ingests expired medication sitting on their shelves.
