2.7 stars and counting. Here's one more negative review for the pharmacy. Absolute garbage. Truly lost track of how many times they did not fill our prescriptions when they are supposed to be automatically filled. I have also lost track of how many times they have incorrectly filled our prescriptions. My only regret is that it will not allow me to leave zero stars.

Pharmacy does not take calls. You have to leave a message and hope they call back...they don't. Literally have to drive to the store to communicate.

Just called to try and get passport photos done and they said their printer was down. With no fix date in site. Seems like just every place in town just doesn't want to do the service.

The store is clean, the manager is very friendly but the pharmacy staff is not friendly at all, plus they are racist, mainly an employee named Jie, she discriminates against people because of their accent and serves with aptitude, I have come twice to search medicines and their aptitude is the same, I don't think you should treat people like that, no one deserves it and more than that your job is for the public! I will definitely change my pharmacy

Cannot talk to pharmacy directly for question or anything. Pharmacist at this store is downright mean. And so is some of the staff. Their new policy of leaving a message moved alot and I mean alot of people including myself publix pharmacy which is always amazing! Walgreens pharmacist we talked to said they got 37 transferred from this cvs in 1 day. Bye cvs you have had your time. I won't be back for anything! Cancelled the bonus card as well. I suggest you AVOID this cvs.CVS CONSISTANTLY VIOLATING SERVICESSee more reviews below on them answering in the past being rude and the no return calls!

Usually have good experience here using my coupons. This time was able to use my coupons to purchase toys to donate for Christmas so felt good about that . Used the self check out but clerk at check out made sure that I was ok and that I didn’t need any help.

Terrible that you cannot speak to a pharmacist when you call. "Leave a message which will be ret'd in several business hours" is not acceptable. This pharmacy is frequently out of stock. I need paxlovid today! If they don't have it, I want to try a different location.

New voicemail set up they never answer the phone. Rude Spanish lady always answered the phone before. I’m switching to Publix pharmacy. This place is a joke.

I always have a pleasant time at the store.It’s clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly.They even have a Medicare/health insurance expert that is there Monday - Friday!It’s nice to have health and convenience located in one place.

Went in to get covid test kits. Asked about insurance paying for the tests. Paula spent 10 minutes with me and helped me get my free test kits using my mdicare part b. Thank you Paula.

Went in to get items. No cashier. Used self check and it would not allow me to pay, kept saying wait for assistance. No one came. Waited way longer than I should. Definitely need to have a cashier.
