Adam was great at the CVS store at Fruitville and Honore. He showed us how to get all the discounts we could possibly get on each product that we were looking for. He was amazing.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CVS AT7190 UNIVERSITY PARK, SARASOTANot very happy.I went to the drive thru service at 2:27 PM. I noticed a signed on the window that said that they were closed between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. to come back after 2:00 PM. I waited to be helped and the lady that came to the window told me to go inside because the drive thru was until after 2:00. I told her that it was after 2:00. It was 2:27 PM and she replied for me to go inside. During my conversation with this lady, another lady came in with another sign that said that the drive thru was closed until 3:00.Behind me was another customer waiting as well, not sure if the customer was helped or not, I just left. I had back pain and could hardly walk, I wasn’t going inside in pain just because those 2 ladies didn’t feel like doing their job of helping customers.This is the 2nd time something negative happened to me at this pharmacy in CVS. Do I recommend this pharmacy at CVS?, no I don’t.I called back the pharmacy, no one answered the phone, so I left a message stating to cancel the prescription, I went to a different pharmacy.

Poor customer service. Have triedto reach the pharmacy by phone, but they don’t pick up. 50 minutes on hold is ridiculous and a sign they simply don’t care about customers.

If I could give the Fruitville/Honore CVS zero stars, I definitely would!!!! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend anyone use this CVS!!!! I’ve been a CVS customer for over 15 years and I’ve NEVER experienced the type of service I did tonight. The Pharmacist on duty this evening was Jennifer - she was extremely rude, heartless, and quite disrespectful to ALL of the customers trying to get their prescriptions filled. She complained the entire HOUR that I stood in there and still never even got my prescription right. Heck, at one point she handed the pharmacy tech (Taylor) the bag that was supposed to have my sick childs prescription in it, and the bag only had a syringe in it…no medication. An empty bag, basically. I get it, it’s the holidays, you’re stressed/overwhelmed, and you have a lot of orders to fill. However, that is what YOU are there to do. We have sick kids, parents, grandparents, are sick ourselves, or have routine medications that we HAVE to take…the last thing anyone needs is their pharmacist standing behind the counter cursing about having to fill orders or being busy. Calm down, slow down, take a breath, and do what you’re there to do.However, I must add that despite the horrific experience from the pharmacist - TAYLOR was absolutely amazing! She handled the stress and attitude from the pharmacist like a champ and still managed to make me smile in the end. Kudos to you, Taylor! Keep being exceptional!!!I, myself, will NOT be using this CVS anymore.

This is a great store. They always have what I need, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and it feels good shopping there.

It took 30 hours after my surgery to get my pain meds. No meds after surgery until the next day despite 2 calls from my doctor!! Totally unacceptable. The employees are under staffed and stressed out! They had a Stand in pharmacist yesterday who was worthless. Therefore the regular pharmacist was swamped today. Still....after I called again today for my meds I had to wait 2 hours longer for my prescription.

This CVS pharmacy is excellent. They always go out of their way to explain everything and to find the best price on prescriptions. Jim, who is the pharmacist, is profesional, friendly and always very helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy never has medication in stock. They don’t notify your doctor, they accept the prescription and call you hours later telling you they can’t help. The patient then has to run around trying to get a new script and get it filled elsewhere. The drivethru is always a 40 minute wait and the phone is an hour hold time just to get hung up on while the “check” for you. Avoid this sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

CVS on Fruitville Road is cleaned and organized. The associates are so helpful and even walked over to help me find the product I was looking for.. Checking out was easy and sales associates are so helpful.

I had 2 prescriptions transfered from another pharmacy. Jason, the pharmacy tech, took time and was able to find discounted prices since these 2 drugs were not covered by my insurance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. GREAT customer service.

Dont waste your time .. i went in with a tootheache (owww)and the orajel pain reliever stuff is under lock and key and you have wait on an associate to unlock it.. i waited 20 minutes thats alot when your in pain finally gave up waiting went to walgreens instead.. most things in this store are under lock and key abd the prices are a bit higher then other stores which i noticed.. sad but true...

Please stop calling me. We left Florida for Pennsylvania two months ago. I notified the pharmacy before we left, and have since called them.
