Long time prescriptions customer with this store0312. Lately took long wait in line pick up my script. One person in the counter does all the drive thru and walk in management need to address the long wait.
As public trading company; need to do better with customers service then pushing bottom line.

A typical CVS. This store has Soda Stream refills which is the only reason I visit this store as It is rather far from the center of downtown Sarasota. Otherwise, Publix and Walgreens are Closer.

They didn’t have my mothers medication she absolutely NEEDS ready today and say for her to go 2 days without her pills very rudely and cruel lazy workers and think they are above it all

Not the best CVS. Dreary, empty racks, nice staff. I want to hit a refresh button.
Several months later and this CVS continues to disappoint. Plenty of junky t-shirts, junky toys, and junky food…but no distilled water, spotty shelves in skin care. Non-intuitive organization with aisle indicator signs not updated.
One lovely young man staffing the entire store.

Best location always in stock.
I live right down the road from cvs on bee ridge which they are never in stock and employees are hardly around the front .I went to cvs on Bahia Vista not in stock but employees very friendly. My third cvs stop was at Tuttle location for the day This location was in stock for what I needed.The lady at check out was very nice.

CVS Fruitville, Tuttle - I just got off phone with staff- I'm so sorry for the low staff- But I have asked, time and time again for this script to be on request- as I have 4 full bottles- Any one out there relate?/ I receive Texts Every Day telling me it's READY- The female was rude and commented- "It sounds like you need it" -"No TIME TO PUT IT AWAY"- "But I'm gonna take care of it for you"- 4-29-24 10:51am

Actually -ZERO stars!
Mgr Adam improperly 'returned' an item, then claimed he couldn't return it; went to original purchase location to return/refund only to find out Adam kept the $$, kept the return in the system, now the item cannot be returned. Adam is a THIEF. If he has done this to me, how many other times has he rocketed $$on a return be claims to the customer is not returnied.
