I haven’t been to this CVS location for five years, but even so, I remembered Carol for this visit. Carol is a cashier and she’s an absolute gem. SO sweet, SO caring, so kind, so friendly. She goes above and beyond with customer service and makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. She should get a raise and train everyone on how to treat customers.

FEMALES BEWARE!I was at this CVS earlier this week, I was approached by a seemingly helpful employee named Jason. He proceeded to follow me throughout the store and make extremely inappropriate comments and trying to get my number. He kept saying odd stuff, inappropriate and oddly personal ( talking about his late mother etc). I was so uncomfortable I actually put my items down in a random isle and started to walk outside the store. I then realized he followed me and was asking me to come over to his truck. I was honesty about to call the police but he retreated back into the store, when thankfully a group of men in the parking lot seemed no notice my expression and my face. Needless to say I will never return to this location. CVS you really need to do better and screen your employees! Females beware!!

Carol is absolutely amazing, she deserves a raise for all of the hard work she does while still maintaining excellent customer service and patience. I watched her manage a large rush of folks at the checkout counter while still multi-tasking multiple photo orders. She greeted every customer who came in, asked if they needed any assistance / if they were finding everything they needed, and was just a breath of fresh air in a world where kindness is not often found. Whatever accolades she can be given, she deserves more!! More Carols in the world, please!!!

Judy, helped me with my script. Walgreens no longer took my insurance and Judy helped me in a speedy, courteous, and professional manner.

Being i. Town on vacation I was not familiar with layout of store nor the procedure to exchange my propane tank but as soon as I walked in the door the assistant manager asked me if he could help me - oh boy he asked the right person. Walked me thru the steps to get what I needed done and showed me the express check out . Hats off to him- thank you for #1+ customer service

On Beneva Rd., this is a CVS located in a small plaza where you'll find other places like Wok In restaurant, Earth Origins, Dollar Tree along with a few other stores (no drive-thru).I went to the store section to specifically find an item I needed that wasn't available at my "home" CVS. It was well-stocked & I found my item pretty fast. Although, it was very expensive, I had around $16 in coupons. I also came across another useful item I didn't know existed. The employee, a short black girl, greeted me upon entering. She wasn't the best at giving directions when I inquired the location of another item I was interested in. But she was very kind when I explained my wrist was injured. Upon hearing this, she did everything else for me & wished me a good night.I'll be returning!

I have to say I have been going to the CVS for years and the entire staff is amazing! From the front end to the pharmacy they are always so kind and consistent it blows my mind! Their level of customer service it's truly astounding it's like you walk into the Chick-fil-A of CVS LOL I think everyone there deserves a raise!! I've been going there for well over a decade now and see many of the same faces. There is not another CVS I shop at and I certainly would never go to walgreens! CVS in siesta key plaza has got it going on!

I have been using this CVS for many years. Courtney is the pharmacy manager and I think she is the Bee's Knees. She knows about medicine whether over the counter or prescription. Courtney always keeps her cool and believe me she has to deal with a lot as this is the busiest CVS in town. I just wanted ya'll to know how great she REALLY is.

I have to agree with all of the comments about Carol and would like to add Courtney to the list of praise worthy staff. I actually stopped my prescription delivery service so I could walk in to this CVS and be greeted with smiles and funny banter.

As all retailers are dealing with the Coronavirus our trusted pharmacy is asking people to sign the credit card pad with their pen that people, some probably sick, have been using all day. Why? Publix Supermarket doesn't require a signature. Home Depot doesn't require a signature. No body signs their real signature anyway they scribble. You would think that a pharmacy would take all precautions to insure their customers safety.

This CVS pharmacy doesn't answer the phone so you have to go to the store. Then you have to wait in understaffed line where they take 15 minutes to even begin the process. Aweful. Felt like I was being punished. Every time.

Carol is the best. We're here on vacation and we've stopped to see her twice now. We might have to make an excuse to go see her again! The first time she and my fiancé had a riveting discussion about their favorite Pringles (she helped him locate them in the store). He came out to the car smiling ear-to-ear about his experience. Then, we went back for some sunscreen and she asked where were from. Turns out her husband is from the same area--northeast Ohio. Got us talking about the movie Major League and she even sang "Wild Thing." I mean, c'mon! Carol is the best. Have her train associates across the country. She's show them how to treat a customer.
