Poor customer service. I ordered a large dry erase board through Amazon. It arrived cracked at one of the holes. Could only process a return (which cost me $90) through Amazon so I called to ask for an exchange for the board I returned. Nick quickly called back stated he needed to do a little research through Amazon and would get back to me in an hour or two. Crickets. I called multiple times over a week and still nothing. I left an email on the website and Cliff responded. He apologized for poor customer service, refunded my initial cost and would comp a new board - great!! Well it arrived damaged as well but due to shipping/packaging issues. He said due to the delivery route (FL to MI) he would not send a new board and to dispose of the broken board. I requested a refund for the $90 I spent to return the initial board that was damaged during construction and again…..crickets. To top it all off….the second broken board had 6 holes and only 4 mounting screws - couldn’t of hung it up anyways! Needless to say - I paid $90 for 2 damaged boards.

I stopped in there unannounced with last-minute requests and they were right there-- did an awesome job!! everyone was so nice and accommodating I highly recommend them!!!!

Honestly I wanted to give Custom Touch a great review, but my experience changed because of the poor customer service I received towards the end of the process. Everything seem well until they sent my invitations with my name and my fiance's in two different fonts. They decided to redo it and send us others and I thought that was fantastic! However, everything went downhill from there. I am not sure if they had a large amount of orders or what happened, but sometimes I felt like I had to send multiple emails just to get something done and it was very frustrating! I ask for a larger seating chart than what was provided in the plan I purchased and for it to be left blank since we didn't have all the details and that I would pay the difference. Clifford said that was fine and he would get back to me with the difference. Weeks went by with no response and I decided to messaged again and again no response.I asked for a blank seating chart with just the heading and I would get the names filled in since my wedding was a destination wedding and I did not want to risk delivery delay. Unfortunately, COVID19 had caused us to postpone our wedding date and I still had not heard anything from Clifford, no check in or anything, even when our date had passed even as I waited for the blank seating chart and the new charge.I decided to send a message letting them know to inform if the job can't be done, I immediately received a response saying the job had become complicated. I wasn't upset with the response, I was just upset with the ignoring of my emails prior to this and then the immediate response to end services. It left me feeling like Custom Touch and Clifford really did not care about my order for my special day. They did provide me with a refund after sending two emails following their response to end their services.I don't like giving bad reviews, but this one I felt was deserving given the fact that I really tried to hold out since it is a small local business, but I will never recommend with what I experienced.The invitations and the welcome sign were good, but given the customer service and overall neglect I will never think to order from them again.

Custom touch has been creating our signs for years. These guys are absolutely brilliant. Clifford and his staff have become our go-to for lettering, signage, acrylic framing & photographs. They even invited our office for a tour of their operations. Impressive operation.They are the premier creators and innovators. These guys are fast, creative, and very professional! I needed some marketing materials customized with 3 days notice and they were able to deliver exactly what I needed with time to spare. The initial ordering process, proofs, and end product all exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the capability of Clifford's business and the detail he can give to any bride regarding the printing of signage, table numbers, cake toppers, seating charts and her many other needs. I highly recommend his business to any wedding planner or bride to be.

These guys deliver some of the best promo products I've seen. The yeti coolers that they engrave are better than the ones you can get from yeti. Fast turnaround and great customer service.
