Great experience with Storage Kings. Mainly because of Barb. She has fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Facility is clean, well maintained and secure. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'm very happy with everything.

absolutely terrible customer service. booked a unit 2 weeks ago online. Tried for 5 straight days to gain access but the office wasn't open day 6 visit they were open and I'm told they have my unit to another customer. they advised they'd give me next size up unit but needed somekne to override the system and that someone would call me. After another 5 days I went back to office (which was open) and they essentially said I could reserve the bigger unit ( higher price and their sale promotion 50% off 3 months) was no longer in affect. they told me to go elsewhere stay clear of this place. awful
