Just upgraded my phone at the Bee Ridge store with Whitley. It was a great experience. She explained the different phones and took the time to transfer my data to my new phone and show me how it worked. Wonderful customer service!

Hello, good afternoon, I wanted to share my experience in that store. The truth is, the person who serves Hispanics does not serve Hispanics well. He is racist. I think that as a customer, I do not deserve that treatment, nor does anyone else. I went to make my payment and he asked me for my ID and then So that I wouldn't make my payment, he told me that he didn't have change and that he thought that he told another person the same thing on another occasion.

The person who attends the store treats the customers very badly. The truth is, I had a very bad experience when I went to pay for my phone and other people have also complained about that store. The person who attends them treats them very badly.

Wasnt expecting to switch so fast (same phone with metro for 6yrs) but the lady was super nice and stayed late after hours to finish everything. Decent selection of functioning Galaxys on display which is nice. Anna is super awesome!

The absolute worst customer service ever. Trying to switch phones and kept telling us phone was locked. It wasn't if you tried to explain what was going on he started yelling at you. Lazy and incompetent doesn't begin to describe the employee Chris working at this store this morning. Will never return to this store again.
