Where do I begin? Probably 2 years ago when I first found Robert and called him up and he patiently told me what we needed to do to fix our credit and so our home Journey began and I would check in with him about every 6 months and he always graciously had time to speak with me and never made me feel like I was wasting his time and after about 2 years we finally got to the point where we would be eligible to buy a home and again this man was always so kind and so real! I love that about him and that he always tells you like it is and there just isn't any pretenses and even advised us when the housing market went bad to just perhaps wait another year even though that meant that all this time I've been talking to him he hasn't made one penny from his time or advice and I found that so incredible and refreshing! In the end we found a beautiful home and signed the closing papers on August 4th, 2023 and we have never been happier and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Mr Robert Barry Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Rob at Creative Lending is the BEST! We would give him 10 stars if we could! In the midst of rising interest rates, we had secured a cash-out refinancing mortgage, not once but twice, with reputable companies, and each time we were told midway that the "program had changed" and we no longer qualified. We finally came across Creative Lending and Rob came through for us. He even got us a lower rate than we were previously quoted by the other 2 companies! Although I consider myself mortgage savvy, Rob was able to walk us through some pitfalls that we would have missed. We just closed last week and we have a great rate and the cash we needed for some renovations. Even if you have had mortgages before, use Creative Lending, they will save you time, money and heartache! Thanks Rob!!

Mr. Barry is an absolute delight to work with. He's been a great source of information while navigating this crazy housing market.
