Very disappointed! Please stay away! I dropped off a rug for cleaning. I paid for the cleaning when I picked it up only to find that it was not cleaned at all and just put in a plastic bag. I brought it back and was told that it would be addressed. I have called and stopped by several times over the following weeks, was first told that I need to wait for a manager and was then told they could not find my rug. Didn't even get a refund for the cleaning. So now I have NO rug and I also paid for the cleaning. Very unprofessional

Picked up 4 pair of pants and 5 shirts and my bill was over $65.00. Called and told them that the price was excessive and they presented me with a major runaround. Bye-bye

I had an incredible experience with this dry cleaner! My dress seemed destined for doom, but they worked their magic and saved it. Their prompt service and reasonable prices are impressive. When I referred a friend in a time crunch, they went above and beyond, fitting her into their schedule and ensuring her dress was party-ready. Highly recommend!

Store at Lockwood Ridge and University. RUDE and Arrogant manager!a couple month ago or so I took some shirts to this cleaners for the first time (because it had a drive up window). I asked for the shirts to be laundered and a few days later I picked them up and they were done just as I asked and at a reasonable price. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and I decided to use this as my 'go to' cleaners. A month later I took 5 shirts back to be laundered and was told that the store was now under new management and that the pricing might be different. I asked for the shirts to be laundered, no starch and pressed (NOT Dry Cleaned!). When I picked up these shirts a few days later the woman at the drive up presented me with a bill that was much higher than I expected . . . she said that they HAD to dry clean the shirts since they would be damaged if they were washed. I pointed out that the tags all said "Machine Wash" and all she could say that it was their policy to Dry Clean when in doubt. I objected and she reluctantly said that she would make a note to give me a credit for the difference between Dry Cleaning and laundering on the next order. Fast forward to today - I take in 6 shirts and a pair of pants (all of which had a tag that said "Machine Wash". Just wash and press . . . simple enough?! I mentioned to this same woman that these were to be laundered and NOT dry cleaned, whereupon she tells me that that would be a big problem since the shirts could be damaged in the process and that she would only allow them to be dry cleaned. She was the rudest person I could imagine and when I said that I wanted the shirts done as I asked she said "sometimes the customer is WRONG!" Needless to say I took my bundle and left.Oh, and on a side note - I pulled up to the drive up window and saw that there was an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the sliding glass door. That same woman was sitting inside looking at me from across the room with a blank stare. I'm sure she saw me but didn't make any attempt to wave me in. I suspect that the door was not out of order and that she just didn't want to deal with the heat. If the customer service at this location is indicative of their service elsewhere they will be out of business soon. I give this store a 0 out of 10 primarily because of this woman (who claims to be the General Manager). Hopefully the ownership will take notice and eliminate this behavior!!!

Like to take you items out your clothes stealing other people clothes and never returned them have people walking sick and not wearing a mask I over heard two people was positive for COVID and wouldn't send them home this people not place to get your clothes clean

Avoid this dry cleaner at all cost. Clothes are pressed but not cleaned even after pointing out spots. Gave them several chances. Done!

Damaged my blazer, and then lost it.I dropped off a blazer over 17 days ago for a cleaning… but instead they stained it horribly all over. It was completely ruined. So they said they would keep it and soak it and then it would be all better… I never heard back from them, so a couple of days later I went back in and they had lost the item and couldn’t find it. They took down my information and said they would get back to me… they didn’t. It’s now been over 2 weeks of them giving me the run around. I have demanded that they either give me my item, or reimburse me for the cost of the item. It was practically new so I showed them the website with the cost of replacing the item. As of today, they still have not taken any responsibility, they still have not returned the item, and they still have not reimbursed me. This review will remain a 1 star review unless they make this right.

A well oiled machine, this operation. It is clean, organized and well staffed. With ample parking and a complimentary drive-thru service, courtesy cleaners easily accommodates the handicapped, and keeps the traffic flowing smoothly. My clothes were ready in one day and we're sharp, crisp and professional. They also offer same day service at no extra charge provided you drop your garments off by 8:30 in the morning. In short, courtesy cleaners is exactly what I want in a dry cleaner at a price that I can afford.
