Mary in the pharmacy was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me when my dogs profile wouldn’t come up. She used all the resources. She had and even called the other Costco location where the prescription was originally , trying to find out all the information she could to locate his profile. Eventually we found out that his last name was under a different name. Thank you so much Mary!!

Definitely the last time I use Costco pharmacy. I’m sick, lost my voice, and tired. I felt like such an inconvenience coming here today. Robin was great, very sweet and understanding, but one of the pharmacists in the back was so incredibly rude and dismissive. After realizing the good rx dosage was wrong for the price it presented l, he huffed and walked away as he said it would then take longer to apply it to my medication? Like I’m so sorry I’m trying to save money. I’m a poor college student. So now I’m upset AND sick. Plus he made me use my voice so much and now it hurts even more. That guy needs an exorcism.

Filled my prescription.. quickly and very personable . The young lady was great. Will be using Costco for all my pharmacy needs from now on. Publix has lost my business for everything for now on.

Generally speaking id give 5 stars normally. when i go to any Costcos. Today i went to this pharmacy in Sarasota, the pharmasist was helpful.At the time i did not have a person waiting in line. The ladies were not friendly or helpful. I wanted to use Good RX and instead of helping me, they preferred i run out to my car, get my phone, load the app so i could get them a code. I have had doctors take time without being asked. Sadly i dont plan to use this location again unless its an emergrncy.

Great shopping market however meat and food very expensive. The online store is worse even more. Cheaper go to restaurants than buy in Costco and paying membership which constantly increases.

Worst pharmacy of all time. I was deeply upset because my dog had just passed away. I had to do telemed to get some comfort meds that I desperately needed. I drove to Costco fr charlotte county only to have the tech rudely tell me no meds were called in. On the verge of tears I walked around the store trying to get ahold of the telemed dr to call script in. I couldn't reach them so I went back to the pharmacy to ask a question & guess what? The meds were there the entire time....on top of it being a very difficult time and a frustrating experience the pharmacy cashier was very rude to me. Incompetent and rude are not good combination Costco.... Do better

I shop here from time to time as I have a small family and don't really need "bulk" purchases often. Today I was SO impressed by the woman employee helping with check out. Her name is Dotty, and she is a GEM. Such a pleasant attitude and SUPER helpful, and she was like this with every customer I saw!Definitely a breath of fresh air. Give this girl a raise!

The wait time on a phone call to Costco pharmacy is ridiculously long. The voice prompts asked you to push numbers for this and that, but actually just lead you going in circles between different prompts. Terrible service.

This Costco was low key, and for me that's what I wanted. Parking was pretty easy and traffic ain't to bad to get there.

It's Costco. If you don't like warehouse shopping then this is not the place for you. If you like to buy in bulk for work as I do, then you may find yourself enjoying the savings and convenience of getting insanely large quantities of items you need half that of. I know I enjoy it. And, I over spend for home. I can't usually use or eat 200 pop tarts before they expire. But, I accept the challenge any way.

The pharmacy - wow. They are over charging, when I attempted to correct it the young gal was incredibly rude, beyond the pale rude. Had an attitude and zero desire to help. Congratulations, you just lost a life long pharmacy customer, our entire family will be switching to a smaller, local pharmacy that cares and knows basic manners. As a prescriber, I will never send another prescription here either. These big corporations hire anyone, the bottom of the class apparently. Be very wary, check everything and know that it really isn't cheaper to get your rx's filled here. Go to a small local owned company instead.** Tried one more time today to get this resolved - after confirming with my insurance company that this store is in fact OVER CHARGING above and beyond my co-pay, they were un-interested in helping me whatsoever.

Very rude workers at this location. I agree with other reviews about that they need training how to communicate with customers.Extremely disrespectful treatment from the customer service. She showed a lot of attitude and tried hard to create a conflict instead of keeping customers happy.Is it a part of Costco membership? Very disappointing

Tire center is A+. We are members and brought our car here while on vacation expecting several day turn around and $$$. Tires were not bought at Costco as car is new to us. Initially no fault found in tires but I asked them to look again and they found a nail causing low pressure. Because they missed it first time around did not charge me for repair. All done in 1/2 day for family ready to get on the road the week before Christmas. There are places that get and unfortunately most don't. This one gets it.

I've been a customer for many years. Customer Service in California & Texas have always been stellar. Now living in Florida I just can't get over the rudeness of the check out staff. In particular the Sarasota location. They are abrupt and just plan rude. They need training on how to communicate with the public.
