The manager is always really sweet and the store is always clean and organized but one of the employees is always a little rude. Today I went in wearing casual clothes to get some supplies to color my own hair and at the register she immediately asked for my app, which i’m not sure if there was a change in policy but I recently got a new phone so I haven’t logged in to my app and I informed her that and asked to use my email. She told me I could and when I told her my email she let me know that it wasn’t working so I asked if I could provide my phone number and after it seemed to go through she gave me a strange look then asked for my photo id. I was a little taken aback because i’d been here repeatedly and never once been asked that. I ran to my car to grab it and when I came back, she started at it for a second then silently gave it back. She just had a flat expression the whole time and I just felt out of place being there.

Downside is it's very difficult to find what you want and often out of what you need as they don't have enough Backstock.Staff very nice and helpful however and clean store.

Good stock of professional supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tasha in the Venice FL store is my favorite. She is so pleasant and helpful every time that I see her.

Maddie is SUPERB! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I thought I had sun spots, nope, melasma! Educated me on that and the right products to help with it. When I went in today, she remembered me and our conversation. Now that's customer service!

I was greeted by a blonde lady that was very rude and kicked me out because l an not a licensed professional. Because of her unprofessional manners l will not be suggesting this place - which l was not even able to check out because l was kicked out - to any of my hairdresser friends.

Absolutley will NEVER return. I went to the store today, and spend A LOT of money on product.... Over 525 Dollars to be exact. As Kristina Fultz was in the process of checking me out, she dropped one of my products on the floor, and broke it. I nicely told her I would purchase it anyways, and use it for back bar to avoid them having to eat the cost. I left with all of my product. When I got home, I went to take the product into the house, and the bag split open at the bottom, breaking one of the shampoos I just purchased(that I could no longer sell). I have extremely heavy shampoo bottles, etc, and she didn’t even think to double bag my order, she’s lucky I didn’t end up with a broken foot. Not only did 1 bag break, but 2! To top it off.... I called and Nicely explained what happened, she admitted that she should have double bagged it, but is refusing to exchange my product for a new one. I fully understand all sales are final(due to covid), but in this case where something broke due to your negligence, an exception should be made, 100 percent. If not an exchange, comp a 10 dollar product to keep your customers coming. This is WRONG, and I will NEVER give her/them my business EVER again. Do yourself a favor, shop at salon centric. You would NEVER be treated this way.
These bags should NEVER be filled this high without a second bag to carry the weight!

I've never had a problem at the Sarasota CosmoProf. Unlike Salon Centric, everyone there is friendly, I get greeted upon walking in, and have never been questioned about my licence(I keep it up even though I am taking a hiatus from working in a salon). The ladies at Cosmoprof even remember me after several months of my not coming in.

Now I know why your reviews are 2 outta 5 .. your fear has destroyed your customer service ... to deny a customer to be able to come in and shop and pay cash bc you’re short staffed THATS NOT MY PROBLEM .. you’re a weak snowflake and no I wasn’t treating you like a punching bag , If I was you’d be bruised and your windows would be smashed ... I’m not violent but I am PISSED.. first you move miles away and now I’m dealing with utter and complete bs ... your employees look disheveled and obviously have no care about your own presentation
