“I have no problem with the Pharmacy itself. They've filled my prescriptions without giving me a bad attitude. But stay away from shopping there. I had the WORST experience trying to return a few items with the receipt with the somewhat young, blond, pudgy cashier & her dark-haired, also pudgy male sidekick who don't wear name tags. Unbelievably, they claimed they're the Store Manager when he's not there when I asked to speak to him. They were horribly rude & unprofessional, threatening to call the police when I went to the pharmacy to ask about the store manager. These two have no place working with the public. They're an embarrassment to the store with their unacceptable behavior. They really belong in a fast food place, only permitted to flipping burgers & staying away from people, especially customers!”

“John was our customer service here at 9pm we just came from another more wallgreens to take some passport photos first one said camera was broken I don’t believe to much that second one manager said not we close photos at 9pm and was 8.37pm so she just don’t want to work”

I had a cold pepperoni wrap and it was ten times better than Publix . Corporate has definitely upped their game and that is unusual in post Covid.”

“I visited our local CVS in Sarasota, Florida on South Beneva Ave today. A gentleman greeted me at the door with a smile and asked me if I need any help with anything which at the time I did not. I went to the pharmacy looking to delay a pickup of meds for a week and was told "of course, we will take care of it James", with a smile of course). I then was looking for band aids. An employee approached me, walked me to where the band aids are, showed me the best band aid (fingertip) for my injury, also showing me the picture on the back of band aid box that showed the exact size of the band aid. She then informed me that these were free under my OTC benefits while showing me what the blue OTC label was for. The gentleman that greeted me when I came in was now behind the register and we had a few laughs about our days in the service. Great experience.”

“I have been going here everyday for a week. Twice the latte machine was malfunctioning. Both times the gentleman came right over and fixed. I have shopped at 4am, noon, and later in the day, each and everytime the folks have been kind and courteous. Just a very welcoming experience.I still haven't gotten enough courage to try the hot dogs or sausages that are on display cooking.I highly recommend this place.12 10 2023 it is year later. The staff is awesome. The latte machine sucks. Last year in 7 trips, it had to reset 4 times. 3 trips this year and I have yet to get it to work. The amazing staff can't get it to work. My gut feeling is the owner does not give a F. How could the same failing machine still be there a year later. True folks are in a hurry or just a yearly visitor and buys something else. I went with a regular coffee. My wife took one sip and said the latte machine isn't working again.Thanks to the owner I was able to disappoint my wife on our vacation.He or she must be a piece of work. Corporate should check in to see how their brand is being damage. Most the customers yhat come in have a personal and friendly relationship with the staff, or this would be a ghost town.If you want great customer service, this is your place. It is hit or miss on the item you want.”
