However, I highly recommend that anyone using Geek Squad be very aware of what they're charging you for, and make sure that they perform the tasks that you paid for. I have in my possession actual proof positive that their installers stole from me, yet I received absolutely no help from either the store, or the bank I paid with. The bank claims that they did a thorough investigation of the matter, yet no representative of the bank, or store came to view my evidence. Does that sound thorough to anyone?”
