Excellent customer service. Fast & friendly. Simple checkout & check-in. Got a 15' truck for my move & it was perfect for one bedroom apartment size. I'd definitely recommend this location for any move or storage needs.

If you need a uhaul, storage or any packing supplies I highly recommend this location! I will never go anywhere else. Caty helped us and she was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond. She is the definition of what customer service should be!

I’ve rented a handful of trucks for various reasons from hauling equipment to moving across states. Tried another in the area and got a truck that had check engine light and was in bad shape. Worst part is that the location was unmanned and I picked up the truck overnight. THIS location is awesome- trucks all seem to be in great shape and the person on location was polite and efficient. Highly advise you to go here and not experiment with other locations if you’re in this area.

I changed credit cards and had a very, very hard time getting payments changed leaving me with balances, fees, and it was a mess! KATIE went to a lot of trouble and time to straighten things out for me and getting fees removed and straightening out all the confusion. I can't thank her enough!! She was so helpful. It could not have been accomplished without her help for sure. Ask for Katie if you need help at Lockwood Ridge!
